"Superfreundliches Personal , das Frühstück, und die Zimmer auch wenn es auf der Straßenseite war, könnten wir gut schlafen, weil die Fenster sind richtig dicht."

"Ein angenehmes, sehr auf Wintersportler ausgerichtetes Hotel, was aber auch im Sommer gut funktioniert. Wir waren nur eine Nacht vor Ort und konnten das hervorragende Frühstück geniessen. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren gut, bequem und sauber. Den Pool und das SPA konnten wir aus Zeitgründen nicht nutzen. Im Umkreis gab es einige Restaurants und Bars. Eine angeschlossene Tiefgarage war verfügbar. Der Skilift gleich nebenan. Das Hotel würden wir wieder buchen."

"Das Hotel liegt gut erreichbar in der Stadt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. Zimmer war sehr anprechend. Alles da was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht. Sehr sauber. Sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Keine Wünsche offen. Das Restaurant für Abendessen war sehr gut. 3 Gänge Menue. Alles in Allem empfehlenswert."

"Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe. Wichtig war die Buchung eines Zimmers mit Gartenblick, da vorne raus auf der Hauptstraße ziemlich viel Verkehr ist. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht, das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr gut. Das Personal sowohl das Reinigungspersonal, das Rezeptionspersonal als auch das Servicepersonal waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei der Buchung von Halbpension ist der Parkplatz für das Auto kostenlos. Die Nutzung des SPA wird extra berechnet, allerdings kann das Außenschwimmbad kostenfrei genutzt werden. Die Lage direkt neben der Kabinenbahn hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört."

"Wir waren überrascht von dem großen Zimmer/Bad und einem riesigen Balkon. Für die Motorräder gab es eine Garage. Das Abendessen war sehr gut und preisgünstig, ebenso das opulente Frühstück. Wir waren nur eine Nacht, daher können wir die genaue Lage nicht beurteilen, aber wir sahen in der Umgebung sehr viele Lokale."

"I loved this hotel! Felt very cosy in the communal areas and nicely decorated too. Room was huge and so comfortable, slept so well!! Big windows for lots of natural light and a sizeable balcony - bet it's stunning in the summer! Food in the restaurant good, nice selection for the breakfast buffet too. Perfectly located for exploring La Massana, cable car station directly across the street from the hotel and a short walk to shops and bus stops - can't wait to come back!"

"Great location: you just have to cross the road to get to the pods that will take you up the ski slopes. That was amazing! It’s super nice to have an on-site SPA and gym, the children and I loved it. Very good food at the restaurant, with very nice staff. The half board option is really worth it, especially if you're travelling with teenagers: you can be sure they will enjoy the breakfast buffet, and the dinner options (several dishes to choose from each evening, and a great cheese and dessert buffet)."

"The maître de was the only member of staff taking the orders at the restaurant, so you sometimes had to wait quite long before you could eat, and the restaurant opened at 8pm, which can be pretty late for children, especially after a day skiing. Some of the SPA equipment was not working properly, and given it cost extra each time you went, that was a shame. The ski lockers didn't lock properly."
