"Das Hotel nahe (aber nicht direkt im) Stadtzentum, hat einen eigenen, kostenlosen Parkplatz, auf Wunsch in der Tiefgarage. Ich hatte vorab angefragt, ob ich ein Zimmer am Ende des Ganges bekommen könnte, da ich es besonders ruhig haben möchte. Der Bitte wurde entsprochen, Nachbarn oder Straßenlärm habe ich nicht vernommen, entsprechend hatte ich meine Ruhe. Das WiFi ist gut, Zimmerservice super, das Frühstück fantastisch, mein Zimmer war riesig, das Bad wirkte edel. Die Lobby ist schön, das Personal professionell freundlich. Der Teppich auf den Gängen ist schön, es gibt mehere Zusatzangebote, wie Pool, Fitnessraum etc,"

"I have been and prefer staying at this hotel on my visits to Al Ain because of its location and the surrounding flexibility of requirements i have during my stay. Staff are cordial and very cooperative. The rooms are neat and with acceptable space. Very quiet rooms. The king size beds are very nice and gives you comfortable sleep. I have stayed in different rooms on my periodic visits and overall they give good vibes."

"The only drawback i have noticed during my each stay with this hotel is the bathroom water leak after shower. The bathrooms are nice and well done. Its just the leak which needs to be rectified."

"The staff are very helpful and kind. We had a room with no view at the beginning but we asked to change the room and they changed it with no problem. The pool was perfect for children."
