"Excellent location, the apartment is very well-eqiupped (fridge, washer+dryer, hairdryer, etc.), we didn't miss anything! Very clean and modern, elegant flat, in walk distance to the lake and the city center, there are restaurants directly under the buliding. The host was really friendly, extra helpful, reachable and spoke English well. We communicated via Whatsapp. We prepared an amazing pasta in the kitchen and enjoyed the view. We didn't use the air conditioning, yet, the temperature inside was really pleasant. The bathroom is especially cosy."

"The exact location was communicated a few hours before/around arrival time, however, since I did not have mobile data, I needed to chase public wifi to get the Whatsapp message. Fortunately, there is a Burger king very near! What we missed (maybe there is a reason behind it) that there is not one sign on the buliding, nor in the staircase that would lead us to the apartment. The mattress in the bedroom was a little bit soft for us."

"Great place to stay in Tirane in the centre of blloku district. Host was very helpful/ responsive and went out of her way to help us when the taxi driver tried to scam us! Everything was clean and modern inside. Definitely recommend."

"If you are looking for an apartment that is affordable and near the city center, Doris cottage is the one. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Even though the apartment is in the Blloku area, it is very quiet. Furthermore, the host is very friendly."

"Dorris cottage is a great place to stay in Tirana. It is in a perfect locationod Blloku. There are many restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. Despite this, the apartment is quiet. It is also ultra clean and well-kept. And very well-equipped. We were there for 4 days and we lacked nothing. I highly recommend it!"

"Struttura pulita, personale ottimo. Si trova all'ultimo piano, senza ascensore. Posizione ottima, nei dintorni si dispone di tutti i comfort, tra cui farmacie, supermercati h24, ristoranti etc.. Consiglio vivamente per chi vuole visitare e per chi vuol fare serate essendo Blloku un centro di movida. Si paga in Euro (contanti)."

"Acceso il riscaldamento, il padrone del ristorante di sotto è venuto a chiederci se si poteva spegnere poiché gli gocciava il condizionatore sul ristorante provocando rumore.. oltre a ciò, nulla di particolare"

"Temizlik sizin için de önemli bir kriter ise kesinlikle rahatlıkla kalabilirsiniz. Ev çok temizdi. Banyoda ve mutfakta temizlik araçları her şey mevcuttu. Çok şirin ve yatak çok rahattı. Ancak eve ulaşım ve anahtar tedariği gibi gerekli bilgiler için siz yazana kadar önceden bir bilgilendirme gelmiyor. Turist olarak gittiğimiz bir yerde ilk etapta internetimizin olmayacağını evin ulaşım ve anahtar bilgilerini biraz erken paylaşmasını rica ettiğimde "first time I hear that" gibi biraz tuhaf bir cevap geldi. Ücreti de sadece nakit kabul ediyor. Onun dışında bir sorun yaşamadık. Lokasyon ve temizlik konusunda ev çok iyi her olanak mevcut."

"This was a nice spacious apartment in central Tirana within walking distance of lots of good restaurants and cafes. The bedroom was big and comfortable. The host was friendly and responsive."

"No fault of the host but we had no water at one point for a few hours, apparently this is a common occurrence in Tirana. There’s no lift which was fine for us but the apartment is located up a few flights of stairs."
