"Wir waren in einer Ersatzwohnung, sodass wir keinen Balkon hatten. Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz befindet sich in einem Parkhaus unterhalb des Skanderbergplatzes und kostet 5€ am Tag. Ist aber für einen Aufenthalt in Tirana zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung war nicht unbedingt top sauber, aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Allerdings sind alle Möbel mit Samthandschuhen anzufassen, da vieles nicht unbedingt super fest verankert ist. Einwandfreier Check-in über keybox und guter beschreibung per Video."

"I stayed there at the end of September 2025. The vacation was wonderful. The apartment is spacious, has everything I needed, and has fast Wi-Fi. The beach is literally 50 steps away! There are plenty of bars, restaurants, a supermarket, and a currency exchange nearby. I'd like to give a special thanks to the apartment's owners, Majlinda and her husband. They organized everything perfectly: they picked me up from the airport for a reasonable price, arranged a taxi back to the airport, and were always in touch. This was my first time in Albania, and I loved it."

Stylish, nothing superfluous. Comfortable orthopedic mattress, pillows. Modern appliances. . Everything is nearby, 3 supermarkets, Kema confectionery with fresh delicious pastries. Restaurants for any choice. Beautiful promenade for walks along the sea. Very quiet. The owner is constantly in touch, provided useful practical advice. The price-quality ratio is fantastic. I advise everyone who is looking for comfortable accommodation in a convenient location."

"The apartment surpassed our expectations. It was spacious, light, clean and had the added luxury of a parking place which we appreciated every day! The location is great, with all the main landmarks of Tirana a short walk away. There was a mini market next door as well as a delightful cafe across the road. Despite the central location, the flat must be very well insulated as we could not hear any noise once inside and everyone slept very well. The terrace was a real treat and we made use of it on both the rainy and sunny days (under the awning). We enjoyed the wonderful views every morning as we sipped our coffee on the sofas inside. The owners were quick to respond to all questions and requests."
