"Die Unterkunft liegt in perfekter Lage zur Strandnähe und Promenade. Der Gastgeber war überaus freundlich und ist proaktiv auf die Wünsche der einzelnen Gäste eingegangen. Ich habe mich dort als Alleinreisende Frau sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Von der anliegenden Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer."

"Um zum Strand zu gelangen muss man einige Stufen laufen. Das ist kein Problem, sollte nur für ältere oder gehbehinderte Menschen bedacht werden"

"Leider haben wir das Zimmer direkt gegenüber der Reinigungskraft erwischt, welche gerne früh in den Tag gestartet ist. Badezimmertür quietscht extrem bei jeder Bewegung."

"Wundervoller Ausblick und sehr nette Gastgeber sowie Personal. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen-aber der Ausblick und die herzlich familiäre Atmosphäre macht das wieder gut. Man sollte körperlich fit sein, einige Stufen zu erzwingen bevor man die Unterkunft erreicht-aber war gut schaffbar…. Komme gerne wieder❤️"

"The room is nice and clean, equipped with a fridge, and has really good wifi. I loved the fact that it had a mosquito net on the window. The view from the terraces is simply amazing and the host was very friendly. All in all, great value for money."

"The drain in the shower was clogged, causing a puddle in the bathroom (I'm sure this has been fixed by now). It would be nice to have a blanket in the closet and a bigger trash can, but no these are no big complaints really."

"I loved everything about this place! The owner offered to collect me from the bus when I arrived. It is in a perfect location, yes there are some stairs but it has an ocean view so that can be expected. The owners were very hospitable. I loved it so much I extended three extra nights!"

"Fantastic stay at Jon Rooms (also called Villa Blue) in Himarë. The location was fantastic as it was only down the stairs to the beach and right in the middle of Himarë meaning it was an easy walk in either direction. It took 5-10 minutes to walk to the restaurants, boat dock and bus station. It is worth knowing about the stairs for those unable to manage them but I personally found them fine, and it meant the view from the accomodation and while going down the stairs was unbeatable. The room was comfortable, exceptionally tidy and featured a small balcony, modern bathroom and good air conditioning. The staff were always friendly and easy to contact when needed. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Himarë!"

"Google maps gives a confusing route to the accomodation. It is best to take the stairs next to the Geo Boutique hotel and then the 3rd turn right. Look for the sign that says Villa Blue. Not the property fault but worth noting."

"Location to the town centre & beach is great. Only 10min walk to bus stop. Air-conditioning was brilliant in room. Fabulous view from the balcony. Host was extremely helpful and can even pull a few strings with transport etc. Fridge in room! Great size & functional bathroom."

"Bed mattress could be replaced, a little on the older side. Would be nice to have a kettle in the room. There are steps over 100 from the main road to your room if this is a problem for you."
