"Der Anfahrtsweg ist abenteuerlich. Wir hätten uns einen SUV gewünscht. Der Fußweg zum Bungalow steil und nur geschottert. Mit Gepäck nicht ganz einfach. Für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen nicht empfehlenswert. Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein"

"Die Aussicht inklusive der Ruhe ist unbezahlbar! Direkt vom Bett aus - oder am Balkon sitzend - kann man stundenlang auf das unendliche Meer starren, ohne, dass es langweilig wird. In der Unterkunft war alles Notwendige soweit vorhanden. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Unterkunftgeber verlief problemlos. Wir sind Renato und seiner Familie sehr dankbar für diesen tollen und besonderen Aufenthalt."

"Für uns war es kein Problem, aber es ist wichtig zu erwähnen, dass die Unterkunft nicht barrierefreie zu erreichen und ein Auto notwendig ist. Zur Unterkunft gelangt man über eine enge, steile, nicht asphaltierte, steinige Straße (wir hatten mit unserem Kia Rio im Schritttempo keine Probleme). Wenn man das Auto dann geparkt hat, muss man noch einen kurzen Schotterweg bergab zum Haus gehen. Wie gesagt war es für uns mit wenig Gepäck leicht machbar, ich wollte es aber nicht unerwähnt lassen."

"A very special place in Albania for a relaxing family getaway. Reno the owner is kind and helpful, and fluent in English the property is beautifully designed and the view you wake up to is utterly stunning. Will always remember watching with my daughter as a storm cloud moved its way across the water before *boom* hitting our cozy property. Bravo Reno and family for this amazing place!"

"Nothing to do with the property or its excellent owners, but Borsh beach is a wasteland. Rubbish on the beach — half-finished construction projects on the shore. Very sad to see what should be a stunning beach degraded to the point it’s hard even to find a pleasant place to sit without being surrounded by rubbish, or looking out at a wastewater pipe fouling the ocean in front of you."

"I had truly exceptional experience. The view is spectacular, the house has everything you need, there is washing machine and kichen is well equipped and I loved the gesture in form of speaker available, nice to play some chillout vibes while watching the sun goes down :) These sunsets will stay with me for a long time. And what touched me a lot were the people who run it. They were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and generous — and made everything feel effortless and warm. This is a place created by people with heart, for people who appreciate it."

"If you arrive with car better to drive from Borsh village site. From the other site road is bit more tricky. But I wouldn’t say this is something I didn’t like - just made me abandon my car for a 2 days which was a nice invitation to explore the area by foot - beach is long enough to spend day or two walking and exploring everything around:)"

"Exceptional place: breathtaking views, very quiet neighbourhood. Everything is clean and brand new. Also owner is very kind, he helped us to get a tire pump when we needed it and advised where we can go fix it later."

"If you are travelling without a car it might be less convenient, because its a bit distant. But for us it was just what we were looking for."

"I don’t often score 10’s but this place was 10 out of 10 for us! Beautiful villa, modern and contemporary, very clean and comfortable! The view, the peace and tranquility.. it’s just what we needed and Borsh is a lovely rural village!"

"Not a dislike but recommend anyone staying has a car, as the villas are located on the hillside, so it’s about a 10 min walk down to the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants"
