"The family who own and run the restaurant and apartments are wonderful. They are friendly and do such a good job with the whole establishment. The breakfast was fulling and tasty. The rooms were perfect for our family beach stay. Nearby is a supermarket and a couple of other restaurants but we chose to eat at the Olive Tree. It was really yummy food and a good price. "This is the perfect place, everything is right there at your fingertips. We had a perfect breakfast and they have great food in the restaurant. The owners are very kind people who are always there to help you with whatever you need. The beach is three minutes from the building, there is also a popular promenade and a market. The perfect isolation of the building means that you don't hear any noise from the street! The best accommodation in Albania!"

"L'appartement/cuisine entièrement neuf avec beaucoup de rangement et une entrée privée et le fait qu'il soit proche du centre et du port de Saranda. Le petit parking gratuit. Le petit-déjeuné copieux et trop trop bon. La bonne literie. Les prises électriques de partout. Les deux télévisons à écran plat. La clim indépendante et la Wifi qui fonctionnaient très bien. La salle de bain avec une douche à l’italienne avec une super pression d’eau. Le séchoir à cheveux et à linge. Le fer à repasser. La chambre adulte et enfants n’ont pas de fenêtres mais, l’agencement intérieur permet d’éclairer les deux chambres qui, au final, ne nous a pas gêné du tout. La cuisine entièrement équipée : plaques de cuisson, grand réfrigérateur avec une partie congélateur, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, une bouilloire, Un blinder et même un presse fruit électrique le tout en très bonne état. Hélèna et Athur des personnes discrètes mais très gentilles et serviables."
