"The accommodation is in a nice location. A kind lady is communicating and tries to make it as comfortable as possible. It is a nice place for a few days."
"The only aspect that could be improved is the shower. It is located right next to the toilet in the bathroom and is not enclosed, which means water splashes all over the place."
"Staff very kind, near the centre, i was lucky to be alone in the dormitory"

"I had a truly wonderful experience at this hostel. The staff were absolutely amazing—incredibly kind, warm-hearted, and genuinely committed to their work. You can feel the honesty and love they put into running this place, which made my stay feel like home. The location is perfect—right in the heart of everything. Whether you're exploring the city or just want easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions, this place couldn't be better situated. Please note: the dorm rooms do not have air conditioning, so if you're someone who prefers AC, I highly recommend booking a private room, which comes with that comfort. Overall, this hostel is a gem—a place full of soul and hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again!"
"The dorms don’t have air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable during hotter days. If you’re sensitive to heat, I’d suggest going for a private room with AC. Also, on the day I was checking out, there was an issue with a damaged overhead electrical wire, reportedly caused by a passing van. Unfortunately, the local electricity authority was very slow to respond—even after multiple complaints. The hostel staff did everything they could, including calling the police, who then contacted the electric board. Someone came, took photos, and left without fixing it. It seemed like a simple repair, but I don’t know when it was actually resolved. Despite these issues, the staff remained calm and supportive, and I truly appreciated their efforts."
"Well, let me be honest. You get what you pay for. If you need a private bathroom, or a large screen TV (who, the ... needs a large screen TV while traveling?) get yourself a room at Continental. What I loved: 1. location, close to the center, 2. friendliness of the staff, 3. THE PRICE!, the best value for your money, 4. WiFi - excellent!"
"I got everything I needed. Of course, there is always some room for improvements left. There is no clear sign with the hostel name. But it was not a problem for me. It was the second time when I stayed there. So I knew the surroundings. And the next time? I will choose the same place. The best value for money."
"L’hôtesse est très gentille et nous a proposé de faire notre lessive et de la suspendre ! (5€ pour la machine). Propre, calme et proche de la place principale. Clim, on a pas utilisé les équipements de cuisine, mais il y a une petite kitchenette."
"La salle de bain est un peu usée et les rideaux ne filtrent pas bien la lumière."
"Great hostel just a few minutes from the mail blvd. in Tirana. The room was very comfortable, A/C was perfect and strong wifi. The host was very kind and the early check-in without all the usual bla bla you need to go through at hostels was very appreciated! I would definitely return!"

"I am sincerely grateful to the staff and hosts at the hostel. I was greeted warmly by Mustafa and noticed cleaning staff who maintained the cleanliness of the facility. Be aware that there is no air-conditioning for the room, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay, and I recommend for anyone looking for an inexpensive but restful space in Tirana."

"We had an amazing stay! The hosts Kristina and Kozma and their cute little dog were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. They even shared the tastiest fresh tomatoes from their garden. The balcony had a gorgeous view over the sea, and they were kind enough to give us a ride back to Vlora. Honestly, such lovely people – highly recommend!"

Ganz lieben Dank!"

"We were travelling by bike and this was one of our favorite stop. Very welcoming family, very friendly even though they dont speak english (they use Google translate). They can prépare dinner for you. There isn't any other option in this small town. Or you would have to go back down to the main road."
