"Unvergessliche Unterkunft! Wirklich hervorragend. Das Abendessen war ein absolutes Highlight und auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Gastgeber waren sehr lieb, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die gesamte Unterkunft war super gemütlich und ich persönlich mochte den Geruch in der Hütte sehr!"

"Sehr niedliche Hütten, bequeme Betten, Waschräume auch gut! Die Lage ist toll, wunderbarer Blick. Die Fahrt nach oben (circa 3km) ist unbefestigt, aber wir haben es mit einem VW Golf ganz gut geschafft (ganz langsam fahren)."

"The beautiful family welcomed us, making us feel immediately at home and going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by wildlife and people working the land. All of the food is locally grown and made and is fresh and delicious. The beds are comfortable and staying in the stone huts is a pleasure. The landscape is perfect for walking and discovering rural Albania. I will never forget this special time."

"So peaceful, stunning view, surrounded by nature. Resident colony of barn swallows keep you company at breakfast, fire flies sparkle as night falls, tortoise and crested lark seen nearby, fabulous. Then there’s the dog and cats who are friendly and respectful. Should have stayed longer."

The drive upto the accommodation is nothing more than a track, which was a little surprising but persever as the views , the accommodation and the friendliness of the owners is well worth it. The hosts speak no English and it turns out they only take cash so be advised. They prepared a typical albanian banquet from their own garden and livestock. . . No menu here to choose from but the variety catered for all. The accommodation was superb, tiny thatched units with tiny doors. . And I mean tiny. They were however meticulously clean, cute, comfortable and warm and the view from here is amazing. Whilst here there is an abandoned village with a sad past that is well worth the half hour walk if you have time."

"This is a really unique place. We were worried about the drive there, and it took a little while but was absolutely fine. The accommodation and shower facilities are lovely - really clean and comfortable. We were given a shower room for our family and it was great not to have to share with others. The children loved the animals at the property and the views are absolutely fabulous."
