"I grateful to the host for their warm and easygoing hospitality. 1) The apartment is conveniently located just 500 meters from the central Opera in Yerevan. 2) It is a very clean, modern, and stylish flat. 3) There are three air conditioners, allowing for customizable temperature settings throughout the apartment. 4) The welcoming touch of sweets and water in the flat was greatly appreciated."

"Great location — just 5–10 minutes’ walk from central monuments and surrounded by restaurants. The apartment is comfortable and nicely renovated, perfect for 2–3 people. The host was incredibly kind: we arrived at 5 a.m. after a long journey and were allowed early check-in without any extra charge. Big bonus points for hospitality!"

"Huge apartment located very close to the center and to whatever you need. There's a bakery just downstairs, a fruit and meat shop in the same building, a drinkable water dispenser outside, and a supermarket literally 1 minute away! The apartment is equipped with anything you might need, and the host is a very friendly man, who even kept my jacket (which i forgot) until i the next time i returned to the city, to give it back to me."

"Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgeschieden - für uns war es aber perfekt, denn wir wollten uns entspannen und ausruhen. Die Gastgeber der Unterkunft sind sehr freundlich. Wir wurden zudem mit hervorragendem Essen verwöhnt. Unser Zimmer war groß, ruhig und sauber. Das Bett sehr bequem. Für unseren Sohn gab es sogar ein Babybett. Die Gäste können den Garten und die Terrasse nutzen. Wir fanden es sehr schön und würden uns freuen wiederzukommen. Ein besonderes Highlight war der erste Geburtstag unseres Sohnes: die Gastfamilie hat extra eine Torte besorgt und wir haben gemeinsam gefeiert ."
