"Small, cozy hotel. Almost family atmosphere - I've arrived earlier and they still let me to check-in (many thanks!!!). Breakfast is rather simple, but you can find all the basic things. Hotel is situated very close to the center - many nice restaurants and sightseeing places are in the walking distance. Shortly said - highly recommended for several nights in beautiful Yerevan :)"

"Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgeschieden - für uns war es aber perfekt, denn wir wollten uns entspannen und ausruhen. Die Gastgeber der Unterkunft sind sehr freundlich. Wir wurden zudem mit hervorragendem Essen verwöhnt. Unser Zimmer war groß, ruhig und sauber. Das Bett sehr bequem. Für unseren Sohn gab es sogar ein Babybett. Die Gäste können den Garten und die Terrasse nutzen. Wir fanden es sehr schön und würden uns freuen wiederzukommen. Ein besonderes Highlight war der erste Geburtstag unseres Sohnes: die Gastfamilie hat extra eine Torte besorgt und wir haben gemeinsam gefeiert ."

You can have a dip in the pool, do a big bbq, explore the nearby canyon or just relax at one of many cozy places. Olya and her family are perfect hosts, very good communication and so nice! We stayed one more night than planned because we loved it so much."
