"Die Ruhe, das grosse Zimmer und der Aussenbereich. Man hat Ruhe, ist aber in 5-10 zu Fuss Minuten im Zentrum. Gastgeberin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zimmer ist mit Kühlschrank& Wasserkocher ausgestattet."

"It wasn’t an issue for us, but if you have any mobility difficulties, the walk from the center can be quite challenging. However, if you’re traveling by car, you won’t have any issues."

"the checkin was very easy to this stay, we got a video explaining everything because we arrived later in the evening. there is also free parking in front of the stay. the breakfast was okay, there was not much to choose from, but what they had was good."

"the stay is not located in the middle of the town, but for us with a car everything was reachable very easily. the furniture is a bit basic, but for us it did the job."

"Nice and huge room ! Very clean ! The place is half way up the hill so very calm and quite place. The walk to downtown Tilcara is easy when you go down and help you to digest when you go up. Anyway, there are plenty of taxi you can hire to go up !! Pilar is a very great host and the communication with her was fantastic before and during my stay ! I even add a night to stay longer in Tilcara ! The terrasse is also enjoyable !!!!"

"It can be a little bit cold during the winter, and the place is a bit further from town so you have to walk down a hill. For us both were not a problem, as plenty of blankets were provided and we do nog have a problem with walking a bit :)"

"Loved the amount of space. Well equipped kitchen. Hot showers and comfy bed. Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. 10 minute hill walk back from town but doable. Would recommend car for luggage though!"

"We didn't receive the welcome message until after we arrived and connected to WiFi (left earlier in the day before message was sent) so struggled to find it. We were right but weren't sure where to find someone to check in but they answered the phone immediately. Maybe a sign next to the door would be useful"

"Tilcara is an amazing city on a mountainside. This property is towards the top of the city, with breathtaking views of the town and surrounding mountains on both sides. It's a spacious stay with plenty of room to hang out. It has a spacious kitchen with all the cookware you will need to have a special meal at home if you like. The town can be walked to if you don't mind a 10 minute walk down (and back up) a long and steep hill. We found it invigorating and beautiful, but you might need to drive if this is uncomfortable for you."

"The only possible complaint I could mention is that some of the normal food staples we have come to expect at other properties weren't available, like cooking oil, salt and pepper shakers, or other food odds and ends. This can all be bought at the local markets of course."
