"We liked everything about this hotel. The location is superb, just a few minutes walk to the fountain square, restaurants and main attractions. The room was nicely renovated and very spacious. Also the bathroom was nice and big with modern touches. Special thanks to the wonderful stuff of the hotel: Seva, Emil, Ulya and others who made us feel at home. Every morning Seva has served us a fantastic breakfast with fresh local products, always with kindness and smile. We are very grateful for such warm welcome and will be definitely back to this hotel in the future!"

"The best thing was that communication was seamless and smooth. They were extremely accommodating towards my needs. I was arriving at 5:00 am and needed to be picked up because I was transiting. They sent the nicest driver to pick me up who was there right on time waiting for me with my name. Check in was super smooth and easy and well. But even before i checked in, I messaged the property several times and they replied immediately with a solution for everything. The people at the reception were very kind and welcoming. Plus rooms and bathrooms were super clean. The location is excellent too. 2 minutes walk to the fountain square and all the happening places"

"Location is fabulous, 5-7 minutes walk to Old City. Guys at the reception and woman serving breakfast (Sevda) are impeccable, really were making the very best they could to make a stay comfortable. Breakfast itself is fine."

"Construction of the road in progress right in front of entrance (dusty, noisy and we ordered taxi to a different hotel around the corner). Shower facilities could be better - took long for warm water to heat up and there was leaking each time we used a shower. Also the room is a bit dark."
