"Ruhige Lage der Wohnung. Alles wichtige vorhanden in der Küche - gut ausgestattet. Alles ordentlich."
"Zu wenig Handtücher für das Badezimmer - kein Austausch möglich, wenn dreckig oder zu nass. Kaputte, fleckige (abgenutzte) Bettwäsche. Zum Teil abgenutzte Handtücher. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer auf der 1. Etage ist duchgelegen. Matratzen im oberen Zimmer super! Leider nur 1 Kopfkissen, welches nicht für jeden die passende Größe hatte. Fußböden nicht ausreichend sauber (Haare/Sand/Papierschnipsel) . Spinnweben in den Ecken."

"Lovely property - nicely decorated! Beds were really comfortable, and everything we needed was provided (bedding, towels etc). Supermarkets close and would recommend a restaurant trip - they’re lovely too. There was a great designated parking space 2 min walk away. Great location, no noise or anything but close to the Menin Gate and main strip (probably 5 minute walk away, if that). Excellent price for everything you get! Would definitely recommend & would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Prior to arriving the host had sent me comprehensive Instructions on how to gain access, where to securely park and Information about the property layout and wi-fi code. The property was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The location was also fantastic, a couple of minutes walk to the Menin Gate and centre of Ypres. I would definitely book to stay here again if it's available."

"Aimée has friendly and helpful owners, a great location and has private, secure parking a minute's walk away. It's comfortable with 3x double beds and is pretty well appointed. Recommended."
"Although well appointed the property would benefit from the addition of a microwave. It would be handy to have the small sink outside of the ground floor working to save washing your hands in the kitchen sink. However, these are minor points and should not detract from a lovely property."
