If bed mats to be place on both side of the bed and infront the dresser ... but others the property is well equipped.

Everything was great, The only small suggestion would be to offer either thicker blankets or a cozy duvet for extra comfort for those who likes to sleep with the air conditioning but gets super cold easily 😅

Tolle Lage! Hotel mit Pool und direkten Strandzugang.

"Good and quiet location. Positive was parking in the yard, rooms were spacious."

The only downside was that the restaurant was closed due to the holidays.

"Annette hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Wir konnten auswählen. Sie hat uns dann kartoffelpuffer, Speck und Spiegeleier zubereitet. Dazu gab es Toast, Kaffee und einen obstsalat. Das Bad war ein gemeinschaftsbad. Da wir aber die einzigen Gäste waren, hatten wir es für uns allein. Es waren Bademäntel, Hausschuhe, eine Menge an hand- und duschtüchern, pflegeprodukten und allerhand anderen Sachen zur Verfügung gestellt. Das b&b ist in seiner sehr ruhigen Lage."

Das Bett in unserem zimmer war wirklich sehr klein für 2 Personen

"Wir haben eine Nacht dort geschlafen, die Ausstattung des Zimmers war gut, relativ nahe am Flughafen."

Uns war nicht klar, dass es in Neukaledonien keine Taxis gibt und da wir um 1 Uhr Nachts angereist sind, war es relativ schwierig die Fahrt zur Unterkunft zu organisieren, die Gastgeberin hätte im Voraus drauf hinweisen müssen. Auch das Wasser in der Dusche war nicht warm. Keine direkte Kreditkartenzahlung möglich, für 1 Nacht war daher die Kommunikation vorab relativ aufwendig (Mails und Zahlungslinks).

"Very large comfortable room, clean and nice, kitchen available. Proprietor was very kind and helped me when I didn't manage to open the door."

Entrance is hard to find, I first thought I was in the wrong place.

"Die Unterkunft war auf den ersten Blick (von außen) erst einmal ziemlich übel. Oberhalb der Eingangstür befand sich ein riesiges Loch und die Häuserreihe sah baufällig aus. Allerdings waren wir dann positiv überrascht. Das Zimmer war einfach, (null Komfort wie Fernseher etc, aber WLAN) und man benutzt Badezimmer etc. der Vermieterin mit, aber insgesamt war das dann doch so nett bei ihr, dass wir, nachdem wir in Armenien herumgereist sind, wieder zu ihr zum Übernachten gegangen sind. Es ist einfach authentisch armenisch, die Frau spricht Französisch und macht auf Wunsch ein einfaches Frühstück, was aber komplett okay ist. Ich würde wieder dort übernachten."

"I arrived late and the taxi driver was unsure of the location. However the owner ( manager) came out to meet us and showed me the cabin, there was a language barrier as I don’t speak French, however with the help of google translate this was overcome. The breakfast was good and plentiful with egg, dates, yoghurt and bread with a juice and coffee. The owner was very helpful despite the language, the cabins are functional and good fun and first thing I walked (30 seconds) to the beautiful beach at sunrise!"

"Super Lage mit Südwestausrichtung und Meerblick, praktisch eingerichtet und das Maximum aus der Größe gemacht inkl Ablage für Koffer (aus denen man quasi "lebt" mangels Schrank), sehr sauber, Checkin unkompliziert, gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld, Küche alles Wesentliche vorhanden, gute variable Beleuchtung, ausreichend Steckdosen"

"Absolutely amazing! They were so kind to change our room because I have some mobility issues. We had the most delicious breakfast here. We're sorry we only spent one night at this property, as everything was just perfect"

As a grown up solo traveller, who is oftentimes ready to accept challenging environments, I cannot make any critical remarks. Right now due to the russian full scale invasion, hospitality businesses all over Ukraine are struggling for survival, which makes critical remarks even more misplaced. The bottom line is – I liked the property.

"Das Frühstück war super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, außer dass Kaffee/Tee extra berechnet wird, was für uns eher ungewöhnlich ist. Die Lage/Aussicht ist toll, allerdings muss man sich dass mit einer steilen und schmalen Anfahrt erkaufen.(Dies wird aber im Ort fast überall so sein)"

Bei voller Zimmerbelegung ist die Parkplatz-Situation etwas schwierig, weil einfach zu wenig Platz am Berg ist! Alle Autos stehen dann hintereinander auf dem Hof, d.h. spontane Fahrten muss man vorher „anmelden“.

Leider gibt es kein Frühstück, aber um die Ecke ist eine Bäckerei mit belegten Brötchen und Baguettes und frischen Kaffee in verschiedenen Variationen für kleines Geld.

"È una struttura accogliente, familiare. Non ha nulla del grande albergo ma è come una casa. Pulitissima, semplice, con un bel parcheggio protetto. In un lungo viaggio è una sosta-relax"

"The room was big enough, nicely furnished with a balcony. Bathroom was fine. Bed was comfortable. We had clean towels and sheets, so everything you need. Staff was friendly too."

"Der Frühstücksbereich, Terasse sind gemütlich gestaltet. Die Hängematte läd zum Ausruhen ein. Tolles reichhaltiges Frühstück. Nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Lage in Asuncion. Das Bad ist schön gefliesst. Danke für den Aufenthalt. Für Kurzzeitaufenthalte gut geeignet."

Das Zimmer ist ziehmlich klein. Von der Toilette roch es leider unangenehm.

"Jessica war super nett und zuvorkommend, Sie hat auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche schnell reagiert und alles dafür getan, dass es uns gut geht. Das Bett ist riesig und sehr bequem, nach zwei Wochen in Costa Rica mit teilweise sehr schlechten Betten war der Aufenthalt in Eden wie eine Kur für meinen Rücken, dafür bin ich sehr dankbar 👍 Die Terrasse, der Pool alles super und einladend um abends ein Wein zu genießen. Es wird auch ein Wäscheservice angeboten den wir genutzt haben, preiswert und gut, DANKE 🙏"

Es waren nicht erwähnenswerte Kleinigkeiten, fie Bungalows sind eben nicht erst gestern gebaut aber Jessica ist dran und macht alles um sie in einem guten Zustand zu halten.

The only downside was that the restaurant was closed due to the holidays.

"We stayed here in September after walking the Arctic circle trail. We were faster than expected, so we contacted the owner as soon as we arrived in town. He immediatly told us we could stay at the house and came to pick us up in 10min to bring us there. It is a bedroom in his home and he immediately made us feel very welcome. We had space in the fridge, the entire kitchen available and we were allowed to use the washing machine to clean all our stuff. The WiFi was also excellent. The host was very friendly and taught us lots about Greenland, Inuit culture and history and the surrounding area. He also offered to take us on a boat trip to the ghost village (at a much better rate than any other provider). All in all a great place to stay!"

As we were staying in someone's home and not a hotel, the place wasnt absolutely spotless, but it was clean and homey. It might not be to everybody's taste to share a bathroom with a family though.

"Great location, owner's pleasant personality, cleanliness, the feeling of home away from home,availability of all basic amenities, quietness, size of the accommodation, and the cost, parking on the enclosed compound added to the feeling of safety. As the first customer, the owners had a toast with me. That was great, unexpected, and exceptional. Will recommend it highly. 9/10"
