Der Preis fürs Frühstück ist zu hoch. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis müsste angepasst werden.

"Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt im Ortskern, so dass man alles fussläufig erreichen kann. Simon ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber und hilft gerne bei allen Fragen weiter. Frühstück draußen auf einer schönen Dachterrasse."

"Es war eine sehr schön Unterkunft. Eine richtige Oase. Werde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Angestellten waren sehr schnell und zuvorkommend, haben wir woanders nicht erlebt. Das Essen war auch sehr gut und auf europäische Gäste ausgerichtet."

Die Klimaanlage ging in einem Zimmer nicht richtig einzustellen und das Wasser war nicht warm, aber sonst war für togolesische Verhältnisse alles sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren einfach, aber sauber. Wir sind viel in Kpalime rumgekommen und habe keine bessere Unterkunft gesehen.

"Modern, clean, self contained with bedrooms having on-suite bathrooms which also provided convenience and privacy. minimalistic though everything you expect from a hotel accommodation/apartment we had , elements from the spa were also included dressing, gowns and slippers, beach towels. The air conditioning throughout the rooms was great keeping us cool when relaxing in such a hot period of the year"

"I had a really lovely stay at Tribute Guest House in Lesotho. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out. The lady at reception was incredibly kind and helpful. On my way to the guest house, my car got stuck in the mud, and she went out of her way to call a driver to check on me and assist. She really didn’t have to do that, but she did, and I truly appreciated it. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. It was a bit cold at times, but that can be forgiven given the area and weather. The location was good and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. The amenities were great, the food was fresh and very enjoyable, and the WiFi worked well the whole time with no connection issues. What I liked most was the genuine care and kindness from the staff, along with how comfortable the stay was overall. There wasn’t much I didn’t like, except for the slight cold in the room. I would definitely book again, especially with my family next time."

"Amazing place! Spotless room with a balcony and a truly breathtaking view. Delicious breakfasts every day. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, always happy to assist and organize activities. Kayaks available for guests. The bay is just a short walk away, making the location perfect. Absolutely loved our stay — highly recommended!"

"The location was out of this world. Having various room types: stone houses, bungalows or tents. Clean & calm if you are searching for some relaxation in the middle of the nature. The food is amazingly good in a very well decorated restaurant and the views of the mountains and valleys are wonderful."

"It felt like a little haven to come home to, somewhere quiet away from the city! The owners (Raquel and her father Jorge) are truly lovely and the staff are always happy to help with anything. I felt very safe staying here especially with the gated entrances. The garden was beautifully kept, consisting of tropical plants and flowers. The food was fresh and the staff made lunch and dinner if requested too. AC worked well, shower was hot, bed was comfy! I unfortunately got struck down with food poisoning on my last day, so we needed to check out later than expected so I could rest - they didn’t bat an eyelid when we asked and even provided me with some fresh watermelon/bread upon request. I sadly left a pair of my special earrings in my room too, and when Whatsapping Raquel, she confirmed her staff had found them and very honestly kept them safe so I could arrange shipping to the UK!"

Nothing we didn’t like, bear in mind it’s a B&B so make sure you get water bottles for the room etc which you can buy there for $1, there isn’t a safe in the room either if you’re considering bringing valuables (not that I didn’t feel safe with my belongings there).

"Chambre avec salle de bain et petit frigo très apprécié. Piscine. Petit déjeuner de qualité !"

Hélas clim défectueuse mais hôte réactif en nous proposant un ventilateur très silencieux et ce fut très bien.

"Location was great. And nothing beats the local dishes for breakfast. The convience of the washer and dryer right in the apartment was awesome!! I think the gated area added to the security of the apartment, and so you feel safe staying there."

I think some basic essentials would be nice, like salt, pepper, and oil to cook with:-)

"Sushma and her husband were really lovely and helpful - milk for the morning coffee, delicious Orange juice and the phone number of a reliable taxi driver 😊 We got great advice to get around in the area without using a car, all in walking distance of 15-30 mins. The bed is very comfortable. A huge bathroom with hot water."

It’s a residential area and in the evening it’s tricky to get a taxi at the main road to go to Grace Bay where you‘ll find most restaurants. To return is easy as there are always taxis at the Ritz Carlton. We didn’t want to rent a car as we only stayed 2 days which was okay in the day but a little tricky in the night.

"Super freundliches Personal. Wir konnten das Zimmer bis zu unserer Abfahrt nach Cuyabeno (nachts) nutzen, und unser Gepäck für mehrere Tage im Hotel 'lagern'. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und alles war sauber."

Die direkte Hotelumgebung scheint nicht die Allerbeste zu sein.

I got a room in rhe endcof the corridor very few guests so the hot water didn't come before I stopped showering. But no big deal.

"Extrem freundlicher Gastgeber. Hat uns beim Frühstück die Historie von Sofia erklärt. Als wir Probleme mit unserem Auto hatten, hat er uns wirklich extrem hilfsbereit unterstützt. Außergewöhnlich!"

"Das Galton House stellt eine kleine Oase mit ein paar Zimmern, die zum gärtnerisch gestalteten Innenhof zeigen, dar. Es liegt in einem Villenviertel Windhoeks auf einem Hügel. Galton House ist eine Art "Boutique B+B", das architektonisch sehr ansprechend gestaltet ist, dies betrifft auch die Inneneinrichtung. Gefallen haben auch die Nachhaltigkeitsbemühungen (Sonnenenergie, intelligente Ideen zum Wassersparen, ohne an Komfort zu verlieren). Das Frühstück und die Liegequaltiät in den Betten sind bestens, die Angestellten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Autos können im versperrten Vorhof geparkt werden. Die ideale Basis, um Windhoek zu besichtigen oder vor dem Rückflug noch einen Tag zu entspannen. Abendessen wird optional angeboten."

Es stimmt, was andere Rezessionen sagen, dass nämlich Hunde bellen. Diese sind aber auf benachbarten Grundstücken untergebracht und keine "Straßenhunde" und bellen nur sporadisch - keine grobe Störung in der Nacht.
