Staff came 5mins after we reported it, they tried to fix it and when it still didn't work they directly gave us another room. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy and clean. "For the cost and time of year, it was incredibly over-priced for the location and allocated room without breakfast. Also, the hotel is like a maze - finding the room was like a game of checkers. And it's a pet hate, but why do no Canadian hotels (this one included) have toilet brushes, people should clean up after themselves instead of expecting room service to do it for you?"
