"Hotel offensichtlich in den 1970ern gebaut und seitdem wohl nie renoviert. Dusche kaum funktionstüchtig, Preis offenbar nicht hoch für Quebec (130 CAD / 90 Euro) aber viel zu hoch für die gebotene Leistung."

Staff came 5mins after we reported it, they tried to fix it and when it still didn't work they directly gave us another room. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy and clean. We had a great time and would highly recommend it"

"For the cost and time of year, it was incredibly over-priced for the location and allocated room without breakfast. Also, the hotel is like a maze - finding the room was like a game of checkers. And it's a pet hate, but why do no Canadian hotels (this one included) have toilet brushes, people should clean up after themselves instead of expecting room service to do it for you?"

"Our room was located on the ground floor in which we were able to park our car directly outside which was nice! The door felt secure as well. Overall the room was nice and had character."

"I had thought breakfast was to be included but perhaps I misread the accommodations, or missed the time it was served, (I came to the lobby at 10am) either way breakfast was accommodated elsewhere."
