"There was only one bath towel and a bath mat. Wasn't a big deal for me as I was alone but I can imagine it would be an issue for some. Couldn't get the TV to show anything but CHCH."

"Room was for 2 people but only 1 set of towels was provided and only 1 chair available. If the upholstered bench was replaced by a desk & chair, it would be much better. Noisy neighbours at 3 am for half an hour."
