"Natura Village ist klein, ruhig und hat einen sehr gepflegten Garten. Die Lage (nahe bei Supermarkt und allem aber doch mit Privatsphäre) fand ich ideal."

Vieles hätte besser sein können aber wer in Sosúa ein Hotel zi diesem Preis wählt, sollte über gewisse Mängel hinwegsehen können. (Fast alles wurde schliesslich erfüllt.)

"We had no one around, we could go to the beach, come back relax to the property, the kids was able to refresh themselves in the private pool, it was perfect!"

Since it was in the mountain there was more ants / mosquitos, but the host had all the equipment needed for us to have an enjoyable stay!

"Kivalla paikalla Kalajärven alueella oleva mökki. Viihtyisä ja siisti. Mökissä oli kaikki tarpeellinen. Ihanat terassit mökin ympärillä."

"Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns! Man hat wirklich alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Bei unserem Apartment war sogar ein eigenes Pool inkludiert, wir waren mehr als zufrieden! Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und auch wieder hingebracht. Egal welche Fragen oder Wünsche wir hatten, uns wurde bei allem problemlos geholfen. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden wärmstens empfangen."

Road to the house is absolutely ridiculous! It should not be allowed to host anyone in houses or hotels with road like this. There are building works happening too,with new houses coming up yet the road is AWFUL! For that specific reason 8/10 not 10/10. Also Garden is not secure so letting dog out is not simple.

Ausstattung in der Küche war etwas spärlich, gerade Kochbesteck hat gefehlt. Bei einer Vollbelegung wird es auch mit den Tellern und Stühlen beim Essen sehr eng. Zum Pizzaofen gab es auch kein Schieber dazu.

The place was clean, sheets were clean, towels and soap present, and there was working cleaning tools to keep the place clean. The host had thought of everything. The WiFi was superb. And the park outside is well-maintained and enjoyable."

A work desk was missed. Indoor parking not available, but the are is quite safe and secure.

"Good Wifi. The property was large, with three upstairs bedrooms, two bathrooms, downstairs kitchen and sitting areas as shown on Booking.Com. There was a parking space allocated for guests on the road."

When we arrived there was no heating. This was turned on virtually after we contacted the host, but then stopped working. This did not warm the property which is a big space and all tiled floors. There was also no hot water. The gateman was sent to fix the water but we had to call the host to get him back 3 times, as it was still not working. The gateman then said he was going to sleep and walked out on us leaving us with no hot water. We were told to wait 30 min and there would be hot water but we had no hot water in the evening or early morning. By 10.30 there was luke warm water. We used kettles of warm water to shower. We slept in our thermals, clothes plus gloves/scarves . The place is very poorly maintained with many fixtures broken, the property was also dirty especially the kitchen. There were only 4 mugs, one chipped and one with a hole in the side. Plates were covered in food and not washed. The cutlery was very dirty. No lights worked over the dining room table. Only one hand wash in the downstairs toilet, and one shampoo between the two bathrooms upstairs, the listing stated toiletries provided. Towels were dirty and stained, plus holes on bedding, chairs, and pillow cases. This is the worst place we have ever stayed at and IS NOT SUITABLE FOR A WINTER STAY. No fire lighter was left. The owner is virtual and sends a gateman so I am not sure the owner is aware of the state of the property. We reached out upon returning to the UK via Booking.com to put in a complaint and Booking.com confirmed the host wold not provide any compensation instead Booking.com apologised on behalf of the property.

Das einzige was es zu bemängeln gab, das keine Handtücher vorhanden waren. Es gab kein Hinweis das diese nicht mit inbegriffen ist bzw diese gegen Aufpreis erhältlich sind. Leider war es auch etwas staubig und einiges an vorhandene Geschirr sehr klebrig. Dafür gibt's es aber Hände was somit schnell behoben werden könnte. Das ist aber Kritisieren auf hohem Niveau......Wie gesagt es sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten. Dennoch würde diese Unterkunft jeden empfehlen.👍🙂

"Very nice accommodation. Comfortable, clean with all needed amenities and more! The swimming pool is a pleasure and the view on the palm trees, a real treat. The place is very secure, and perfectly located being very close to the city center on one side and restaurants and bars on the other side (few minutes walk).."

"Dieses Guesthouse ist ein Juwel. Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wie mitten im Urwald. Die tollen Farben überall sind bezaubernd und die geschmackvolle Deko ganz wunderbar. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche Freundlichkeit von Roanda, der Managerin der Lodge. Sie war immer da und half. Das Frühstück hat nicht nur unglaublich gut geschmeckt, sondern war auch sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Insgesamt ist diese Unterkunft eine ganz klare Empfehlung."

"Wir haben hier für eine Nacht übernachtet. Das Resort ist sehr schön und das Personal (bis auf den Herren am Pool!!!) sehr freundlich. Wir hatten HP und auch das Buffet am Abend war super lecker. In jedem Fall stimmt hier Preis-Leistung! Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

Der Pool ist sehr lieblos und die Auflagen, die durch den Regen nass waren, habe ich dann selbst gegen eine trockene ausgetauscht! Getränke konnte ich dort gar nicht Ordnern. Die Terrasse an unserem Zimmer war sehr schön, allerdings gibt es außer einer Steinbank dort keine Sitzmöglichkeit... Schade!
