"Die Lodge steht etwas versteckt im Wald. Sehr ruhig. Das Ambiente hat uns gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist rustikal. In der kleinen Küche ist alles da was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Betten waren bequem. Parken direkt vor der Haustüre. Auf der kleinen Veranda steht eine Tischgruppe. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war gut. Vor der Anreise wurde ein Video geschickt mit Infos zur Lodge."

"Die Hütte ist wunderschön, gut geschnitten und bestens ausgestattet. Urlaub, wie wir ihn uns erträumt haben. Geilo bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und die Stadt selber ist auch sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ."

"Naturnahe Lage. Sehr ruhig im Grünen. Unkomplizierter Taxitransport in die Stadt. Individuelle Ausstattung und Größe der Zimmer. Gelungene Architektur. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Gute Kommunikation über WhatsApp. Gute Tipps. Auch für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität geeignet. Offener Kamin. Organisation eines preisgünstigen Shuttle."

"La cabane est de très bonne qualité, spacieuse avec un pont qui donne sur une petite terrasse. Un salon est également à disposition sous la cabane avec un bbq. La cabane est très bien agencée avec ce qu’il faut, notamment un grand frigo, de la vaisselle et de quoi faire la cuisine. L’endroit est très bien situé au calme entre Bouillante et Deshaies. A 50m de la maison cacao et duke plage de galet. Les plages de sable sont entre 7 et 15mn en voiture. L’endroit parfait pour se dépayser. Liliane est une personne formidable qui conseille volontiers et est à dispositions en cas de besoin. Nous avons adorés ce séjour."

"Good Wifi. The property was large, with three upstairs bedrooms, two bathrooms, downstairs kitchen and sitting areas as shown on Booking.Com. There was a parking space allocated for guests on the road."

When we arrived there was no heating. This was turned on virtually after we contacted the host, but then stopped working. This did not warm the property which is a big space and all tiled floors. There was also no hot water. The gateman was sent to fix the water but we had to call the host to get him back 3 times, as it was still not working. The gateman then said he was going to sleep and walked out on us leaving us with no hot water. We were told to wait 30 min and there would be hot water but we had no hot water in the evening or early morning. By 10.30 there was luke warm water. We used kettles of warm water to shower. We slept in our thermals, clothes plus gloves/scarves . The place is very poorly maintained with many fixtures broken, the property was also dirty especially the kitchen. There were only 4 mugs, one chipped and one with a hole in the side. Plates were covered in food and not washed. The cutlery was very dirty. No lights worked over the dining room table. Only one hand wash in the downstairs toilet, and one shampoo between the two bathrooms upstairs, the listing stated toiletries provided. Towels were dirty and stained, plus holes on bedding, chairs, and pillow cases. This is the worst place we have ever stayed at and IS NOT SUITABLE FOR A WINTER STAY. No fire lighter was left. The owner is virtual and sends a gateman so I am not sure the owner is aware of the state of the property. We reached out upon returning to the UK via Booking.com to put in a complaint and Booking.com confirmed the host wold not provide any compensation instead Booking.com apologised on behalf of the property.

I was not impressed with the fact that I was asked to pay additional fees charged by the host on checking my booking these fees were not added to my original booking at the time of booking the property. The host explained that these are the fees chargred by booking.com to her which I suspect is passed on.

"This is a place where everything works -- gas, electric, water. Enough pots and pans for everyone. We enjoyed the stay. The place was clean, sheets were clean, towels and soap present, and there was working cleaning tools to keep the place clean. The host had thought of everything. The WiFi was superb. And the park outside is well-maintained and enjoyable."

A work desk was missed. Indoor parking not available, but the are is quite safe and secure.

"Die Lage ist super. Das Häuschen war optimal für mich. Sehr ruhig."

Diese Unterkunft kennt dort niemand. Der, der das Grundstück verwaltet hat erst nachdem ein nettes Pärchen, dass ich um Hilfe gebeten habe, nach dem dritten mal nachfragen und zeigen am Handy zugegeben, dass die Unterkunft schon da ist, aber er das Häuschen noch nicht gereinigt hätte. Ich hatte diesen Mann schon eine halbe Stunde vorher nach der Unterkunft gefragt, aber da hat er nur die Schultern gezuckt und deshalb hätte ich da nicht mehr nachgefragt. Wie sich später herausstellte habe ich sogar die Besitzein des Häuschens gefragt und die meinte auch, dass es da vorne sein müsste, aber leider ist da überhaupt nichts angeschrieben und dieser Verwalter hat mir auch nicht zu erkennen gegeben, dass es da ist. Also bei dieser Unterkunft muss man sich den Standort ganz genau im Internet suchen und dann hartnäckig bleiben, dass es da ist.

Since it was in the mountain there was more ants / mosquitos, but the host had all the equipment needed for us to have an enjoyable stay!

A szárító tiszta rozsda volt, nem tudtam, vagyis nem akartam arra kiteregetni. Egyetlen éles kést sem találtunk, amivel a pékárut elvághattuk volna. A konyhai/nappali rész tele volt szúnyogokkal kora este, amikor megérkeztünk, így, aludni ott nem tudtunk (de az alvás a régi hűtő folyamatosan búgó hangjától is lehetetlen lett volna.) Úgy gondolom, hogy az apartman árához képest ezek olyan apró dolgok, amikre lehetne figyelni.

How close the cabins are to each other… Had a big family next to us that was loud out on their deck.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

"Ein wunderschönes kleines Hüttchen mit einem Etagenbett, Küche und kleiner Essecke. Wir waren nur als Zwischenstopp dort. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist es auf jeden Fall geeignet und lädt ein zum verweilen sowie entdecken."
