"Das Deluxe Zimmer (2000€ p.n.) war für die Preiskategorie überschaubar und zweckmäßig eingerichtet (Waschbecken befinden sich im Zimmer). Das Essen war leider eine 4 von 10! Hier ist definitiv noch Raum nach oben."

Our guide Felipe was so knowledgeable, funny and attentive. The fact that the suites are all inclusive of transfers, trips, food and drinks is very relaxing."

"The outdoor pools (in the suite and the common are one) were not heated so it was impossible to use them in winter. The food could be a notch better as well, it was average good."

"The service is out of this world. The whole staff makes all the effort to make you feel special in your stay. Thats what makes Tierra far ahead of its competitors in Atacama. The food was also a hot topic. Very elaborate dishes and so beautifully presented. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends."

"The garden could be better kept. I know it is a desert and one of the driest in the world, but a five star hotel charging almost 2kusd a night must have it in better conditions. It felt a bit cheap in some points and it makes the views and also the photos a bit cheap as well. The expeditions and tours could be better presented uppon arrival. Maybe doing a power point with pictures and info would have been better and clearer."

"O quarto è de muito com gosto. O serviços são excelentes, em especial o restaurante/bar, o spa e o gerente Cristian (muito simpático e sempre atento aos hóspedes). O único ponto a melhorar seria a organização dos passeios (excursões), que poderiam ser mais personalizados , isto è, com mais maleabilidade e atento aos interesses de cada cliente. Os guias Amaro e Carol foram excelentes!"
