"Ein Fahrstuhl war über die gesamte Zeit des Aufenthaltes außer Betrieb. Das darf in einem solchen Hotel nicht passieren. Dadurch waren die Wartezeiten am Fahrstuhl zu lang. Zudem gibt es keinen Schuhputz-Service"

Ich hatte ein Executive Zimmer mit Lounge Zugang gebucht, entsprechend befand sich das Zimmer im Executive Tower, in dessen Mitte sich auch die Lounge befindet. Dort ist das Personal freundlich aber nicht speziell aufmerksam. Schön präsentiertes Frühstück und kleine Gerichte während der Happy Hour. Grosses Fitnessstudio mit riesigem Angbot an Geräten."

"Ständiger unangenehmer Geruch des Abflusses im WC. Mitarbeiter in der Lounge könnten etwas proaktiver sein: Ich bin es in der Lounge gewöhnt, dass man auf mich zukommt und fragt, was man mir anbieten darf, ebenso das Abräumen der Teller könnte zügiger erfolgen."

"Good hotel, clean room, daily housekeeping, kind and respectful staff. Also, location feels quite safe and walking distance to a few good restaurants and a supermarket."

"The central air conditioning makes the room temperature quite uncomfortable. As it was winters so they had the heaters on and made it quite hot. Not everyone prefers the same sorta room temperature for a comfortable sleep. The only solution was to open the window but then it got noisy due to passing vehicles on the highway. Staff were kind enough to give me a fan to make it better which kinda worked. Though, I would have preferred to be able to set the room temperature as per my own comfort."

"Very clean, large, light well-designed room with a very comfortable bed. 25th floor so had great views across Beijing to the mountains on clear days. Convenient location to restaurants, April Gourmet supermarket, and subway. Staff friendly and helpful with some English."
