"Das Tempel Haus ist ein wunderschönes Hotel wo alt auf neu trifft und an jedes Detail gedacht wird, wir wurden herzlichst willkommen geheißen, uns wurden Gesichtsmasken beim Turn down Service hingelegt, in den großzügigen Zimmern stehen Yoga Matten zur Verfügung. Das italienische Restaurant war einfach nur großartig und die Lage ist ebenso perfekt. Das gym und das Pool sind auch toll. Es hat an nichts gefehlt."

"Amazing property - location perfect for shopping. Room was also great - stayed in a two-bedroom apartment - had kitchen and washing machine which helped. Staff was super efficient - nothing was to much. Breakfast was special and there is also an Italian restaurant on site which is brilliant."

"We stayed in a Temple Suite and absolutely loved it. The room was large, spotless, and very comfortable — with free snacks, soft drinks, and even beer, which was a lovely touch. The bathroom was excellent and the beds incredibly comfortable. The staff were outstanding, especially Dennis, who went above and beyond to help us book trips and recommend great places to visit. The whole hotel has a fantastic atmosphere, with a stylish bar area, good music, and great food choices. The location couldn’t be better — it’s within walking distance of so many sights and lively areas. It was the perfect stay in Chengdu and we’d highly recommend Upper House to anyone visiting the city."

"Amazing nice place. The staff is top class! So friendly, helpful and correct. We had some odd requests, such as local Chinese treatments, acupuncture. Then a breakfast bag to go at very early departure. Nothing was to difficult for them. The hotel is beautiful and calm. Very good location, the Italian restaurant is great as well. Very pleasant stay! Thank you staff and crew of this pearl. Chengdu was a very positive surprise!"

"Nothing to say. I would possible like a more nice view from the room, facing the shopping center village that is very cosy and great. But not sure if that was an option. This is just a very nice and comfortable place. Bravo!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Temple House. The property is atmospheric and very conveniently located in a vibrant part of Chengdu. The concierge team make the experience very personal, helping to book tickets for attractions and even getting us meal tickets for restaurants so that we didn't need to wait in line. The service and attention to detail set Temple House apart from other high end hotels we stayed at in China. The pool is beautiful and yoga on a Saturday morning in the grounds was an unexpected highlight. We were lucky to get an upgrade to one of the Residences which had a great view and was super spacious. Special shout out to Troy, Dennis, Bolun and Max for looking after us for three nights whilst we celebrated our anniversary. We didn't want to leave! We also had an incredible vegetarian dinner at the Mi Xun Teahouse which made a pleasant change from all the meat we consumed on the trip."

"I tried the spa ; the vegetarian food joint that was Michelin ⭐️; the Conceirge desk for multiple restaurant reservation … they all were good. So really nothing to dislike. Only point may be was the hotel’s tight booking schedules resulted in inability to accommodate late check out. It was extended only one hour to 1 pm."
