"The bed were very comfortable and for the price. We had a very nice authentic breakfast in the morning. As we were just there for a night, it was perfect for us. The location was nice and quiet and mostly close by taxi to the airport. I would go back if we need a place to stay for one night before or after a flight."

"I stayed here 1 night to catch the plane the next morning. The lady who owns the place was very accommodating. She waited up to let me in from a late flight and was up early to make sure I had breakfast in the morning. She also booked a taxi for me to get back to the airport."

"An older woman owns the house and rents out 5 rooms, it’s typical of San Jose, very simple and basic local style but the woman is so wonderful and helpful and caring! I felt very safe and looked after, it was comfortable & rooms were very quiet so good for sleeping after or before airport. I could cook in the kitchen too. The area feels very safe and is easy to find."

"I only stayed for one night but It felt like coming home. So much value for money! The owner is incredibly heart warming and welcoming. I was treated with homemade cake (still warm) when i arrived way later than i told her. Breakfast was good and easy. She arranged a taxi for me. Very helpful with everything. Communication was super easy (in Spanish) and very fast to reply. Wonderful stay"

"Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail! Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin Nathalie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns direkt mit tollen Tipps für Unternehmungen versorgt. Da die Unterkunft erhöht liegt, genießt man einen wunderschönen Blick über die Stadt, besonders abends ist es traumhaft, auf der Terrasse abzuschalten. Das absolute Highlight war natürlich der Whirlpool! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."
"Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus auf einem schönen Hanggrundstück, super Lage mit Blick auff den Vulkan Poas, nettes Personal. Gleich in der Nähe kann man eine sehr schöne Wanderung durch den Wald zu einer Kapelle machen. Der Gastgeber war über whatsapp ständig erreichbar und gab wertvolle Hinweise für die Umgebung. Alles sehr empfehlenswert!"

"Tolle Preis-/Leistung und super fußläufige Lage zum Nationalpark. Das Auto haben wir gar nicht benutzt und konnten es auf dem abgeschlossenen Gelände stehen lassen. Zimmer ist zwar ziemlich klein aber war kein Problem. Moskitonetze am Fenster zum Glück vorhanden. Den Pool haben wir auch abends gerne genutzt."
