"Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Lynda war hervorragend. Ob es um Empfehlungen oder Fragen geht, Lynda hat immer sofort reagiert. Ich reise privat und geschäftlich sehr viel, einen solchen persönlichen, hilfsbereiten und herzlichen Kontakt habe ich noch nie erlebt. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist neu/neuwertig, sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Apartment liegt sehr ruhig und von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Bei passendem Wetter kann man sogar Boa Vista sehen. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß das erste empfehlenswerte Restaurant ( Art Cafe), und den ersten kleinen Mini Market. Das Zentrum ist in 10 Minuten erreichbar."

"Very quiet relaxing property. 10 min lovely walk from the hustle and bustle of Santa Maria or €3-€5 euro in a taxi. Fab comfy beds, amazing pillows, good quality bedding, wifi, aircon, fans, air fryer, induction hob, toaster, microwave, coffee machine (perhaps take more vertuo pods with you as can’t get on island). Basically absolutely everything you need to have an amazing stay. We sat having breakfast every morning on the porch, looking at the ocean. Wonderful place and wonderful hosts. Make you feel so welcome and give you as much information as you want. Will definitely be back. One of the best places we have ever stayed."

"Nothing not to like at all, just know it is a bit out of town towards Buddha Beach/Shell Cemetery but this was a bonus to us and not an issue as love a walk in the perfect weather."

"The location is very quiet at night. 3’ walk to the first beach bar and a small 15’ to the city center. Very lovely apartment. Beaches here are different than the other side of Santa Maria with lots of stones. Lynda is one of the best hosts we ever had, and we travel a lot ! She wants to give you a perfect experience, you can contact her anytime for anything and last but not least….. you feel her love and respect towards the locals who she’s working with."
