"Das Apartment ist neu, modern eingerichtet und top ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Im Haus wird noch gebaut (Inneneinrichtung, aber nicht während unseres Aufenthaltes). Es scheint, als ob nur dieses Apartment bisher fertig renoviert und eingerichtet ist. Es befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind zu Fuß in ca. 2-3 Minuten, der Strand in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Hafen braucht man ca. 25 Minuten, in die Innenstadt ca. eine halbe stunde. Kontakt zum Vermieter war direkt, freundlich und problemlos. Es wurde sowohl der Hin- und Rücktransport zum Flughafen, wie auch eine Tagestour auf Sao Antao organisiert. Es war auf jeden Fall unsere beste Unterkunft während der gesamten Kapverden-Reise."

"The owners were extremely helpful and responsive. They assisted us with various questions and also helped us arrange a rental car. The apartment was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed for 14 days, and it was great to have essentials such as washing machine detergent and basic cooking supplies (oil, salt, pepper, coffee, and tea). The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We were provided with a change of bed linen as well as plenty of towels. The Wi-Fi worked very well. The beach is very close—only a 3-minute walk away."

"The windows don’t offer much sound insulation, which appears to be quite common. Overall, the neighborhood is quiet, with only occasional sounds like dogs barking."

"I’ve stayed 2x1 week with a break at San Antao in between. Impressions are same as during the first stay. Very good location, safe and quiet. At my opinion much better choice then staying downtown. Fore your convenience consider renting a car. You can park right at the apartment front door! You can also use taxy or walk. Apartment is brand new, clean and comfortable and it has all the things you need to comfortably leave there as much as you require. A Fragata store is near by. There are other apartments at the final outfitting stage within the building but the host will make sure the works are stopped when you are there. Excellent place to stay at."

"This apartment is beautiful, new, and fully furnished with everything you need, including a hairdryer, washing machine, soap, and towels. It's conveniently located near the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stops. The hosts were incredibly nice and welcoming."

"A recepção excelente por parte da Indira! As comodidades do apartamento com tudo para tornar a nossa estadia excelente! As camas são extra large com boas almofadas.Higiene e limpeza muito boas.Estendal no patio interior.Maquina de lavar roupa e loiça com td fornecido.Torradeira, tostadeira, fogão e varios utensilios mais do que suficientes :) Alguns condimentos incluidos (azeite, açucar, sal, etc) e uma garrafa de agua.Muito proximo da praia (5/10 minutos).Restaurantes muito proximos : 100 metros- Recomendo o "Restaurante Familiar" ...comida boa e barata e até tem take way.Aconselho tambem cachupa boa e barata na "Pastelaria Morabeza".O alojamento fica a 1km/1.5km do centro.Possibilidade de transporte por 23€ até ao aeroporto (falar com a anfitriã)."

"Os duches pois têm de ser rápidos se forem 4 pessoas pois a agua começa a ficar fria.As Tv´s do quarto só servem mesmo para ver youtube mas na sala a Tv tem varios canais, streaming e internet e o sinal de internet chega a todos os quartos :)"

"Appartement un peu excentré mais très bien équipé et avec de belles pièces. Très bon accueil et réactivité des propriétaires. Chauffeurs recommandé par les propriétaires au top (Mindelo trans intime), je le recommande vivement"

"Quelques petits soucis d'eau au début. Une fuite, très vite réparée le 25 décembre. Le ballon d'eau chaude est insuffisant pour 5 personnes et la pression était très faible, beaucoup mieux le dernier jour."
