"Lovely contact from owner and his workers. Very helpful! Lovely apartment with balcony with everything you need. Only would suggest to think to install air con as wall fans are not suffiecient and a bit loudly at night. However I can truly recommend."

"It is a bit further from the central part with nicer beaches and the avenue, but that is a general problem of Santa Maria, that the nicer hotels are a bit further (but still in walking distance), you do not want to live in the otherwise not that nice surroundings of the centre"

"Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Natychmiastowa reakcja na wiadomości. Apartament przestronny, czysty, wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne. Teren zadbany, czysty basen, cisza i spokój, ochrona. Do centrum Santa Maria spacerem około 15min. Na plażę 5 minut. Polecam!"

"Dear György! Perfect location for a family holiday — a clean, comfortable, and spacious apartment that met all our needs! The two bathrooms were especially convenient. The garden area is very pleasant, shaded, and filled with beautiful plants — we spent a lot of time there! You can even see the ocean when stepping out of the front door, and it’s only a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The pedestrian street is also close, just a 5–10 minute walk away. Unlike in many European countries, here we had to pay for the accommodation in advance directly to the host, but the process was very smooth. Both the host and their local representative were very helpful and flexible. I can only recommend this apartment — you won’t be disappointed, you get exactly what you see in the pictures!"

"New, comfortable room with private bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Shared fully equipped kitchen. Good internet. Quiet in a safe district. 15 min in the bus number 10 or 12 to the city center. Alice, the owner who lives there, is very nice and helpful. She booked a taxi for us and woke up at 5.30a.m. to be sure that the taxi arrived. Excellent quality for a good price."

Die Lage, Die super nette Betreuung von Balazs Die Ausstattung und die Größe des Apartments Das Internet Der Barbecue Grill auf der eigenen Terrasse Der riesige Kühlschrank mit integrierter Eiswürfelmaschine Der Pool, die Liegen, der Privatstrand! Die super liebe Hilfe von Balasz, jederzeit über WhatsApp zu erreichen, und immer mit Ideen und Lösungen zur Stelle! Wir durften am letzten Tag sogar noch sehr lange im Apartment bleiben, was wegen unseres späten Rückflug super komfortabel war :) Fazit: Alles rundum erholsam und zum wohl fühlen!!!"
