"Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, kennt sich vor Ort aus und unterstützt gerne mit Informationen und Tipps. Der Pool auf dem Dach war klasse und in der Regel waren nicht zu viele Leute dort. Die Unterkunft ist dicht am Strand, bietet einen Parkplatz der im Preis inbegriffen ist und die Gegend ist recht ruhig."

"Die Unterkunft macht insgesamt einen guten Eindruck, einige Kleinigkeiten fallen auf, die veraltet oder kaputt sind. Die Leiter in den Pool macht keinen sicheren Eindruck und ist ziemlich hoch."

"The flat is well located, about 15min walk from the beach and the main street with all the restaurants. A parking spot is available free of charge. The flat was quite confortable, with the rooms upstairs and a living room on the first floor, with toilets on each floor. Please be aware though for those who have mobility issues that the spiral staircase is rather tight to access the rooms. Alex is very responsive and helpful providing lots of tips for restaurants, etc."

"Lovely split level apartment, about 10-15 minutes walk from the town and beach. Very well equipped and the air-con was fab! Plenty of parking too. Alex, who manages the apartment, is extremely helpful in terms of arranging a taxi from the airport and a good recommendation for car hire. Excellent knowledge of the local area too."

"The apartment is large and well-appointed being in a residential block. It was well stocked with basic toiletries and some cleaning supplies. Plenty of storage space. It ws good to have Netflix for the 2 evenings where we just wanted to relax and chill. Pretty close to most amenties - the main beach/strip is 15 minute walk away, Larnaca Museum 5 minute walk away. As we had a late flight home Alex let us store our cases in his mum's shop after leaving the apartment which was much appreciated and he also arranged a taxi to pick us up from there."

"At the time of selecting this propery the description led us to belive it was an Aparthotel. It was only as we got a couple of days out that we were sent information about the fitness centre being an 18 minute walk away and the bar/cafe 15 minute walk away. They had been described as being on-site. The roof top pool is not great - the steps to get into the pool - very rickety and unsafe - so only used the pool once. (Alex does not own the building so this wouldn't be his responsibility and as we were so busy we weren't overly bothered about it). Also small area is covered with some awning and it was very hot up there. The terrace had no cover such as an awning (too windy for an umbrella) so not able to sit out there much."
