"Sehr freundlicher Vermieter,Appartement sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet,In 5 Min.zu Fuss am Strand.In der 2.Reihe entfernt von der Strasse, somit leise.Der Sohn vom Vermieter spricht perfekt deutsch ! LIDL ist um die Ecke , ebenso viele Restaurants! Alles ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar, Souvenier Shops u.s.w. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und gebracht.Das ist Service. Paphos ist echt eine Reise wert, die Katakomben, die Tombs of Kings ( die archäologischen Königsgräber) sind sehenswert .Also kann man in Paphos mehr wie nur Badeurlaub machen. Wir waren nun bereits das 3.Mal in Paphos .Es gibt immer was neues zu entdecken, ob Jeep Safari oder Schiffsausflug, für jeden ist was dabei."

"Wir haben 1 Woche dort verbracht. Nick holte uns vom Flughafen ab. Es hat gut geklappt. Lidl gleich vor Ort 7-21 Uhr Mo-So. Pool klein und fein. Für die Nutzung der Klimaanlagen in den beiden SZ zahlten wir zusätzlich gesamt 25,00 Euro/Abrechnung nach Verbrauch...0,35/kWh sehr in Ordnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet und gelegen. Die Matratze im Doppelbett fanden wir zu hart, dass ist aber unser empfinden. Gut gegessen haben wir direkt vor Ort im Olimera [oder so ähnlich] und preiswert gefrühstückt bei im tea for two. Strandmuschel und Buddelzeug, Kartenspiele in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt am schönsten Strand von Paphos. Die Schildkröten Schnorcheltour empfehlen wir. Es ist gigantisch."

"This is a great apartment with everything you need. We were four people and there was plenty of space. There is a fully equipped kitchen and nice, cozy bedrooms. There are board games in the living room for entertainment. The apartment itself is located five minutes from the beach, but away from the city center, so for evening walks you need to walk a little longer."

"Nick is a great host. He is really helpful and cares of his guests. The apartment is fully equipped, air-conditioned, with a good quality WiFi and it is within five minutes walking distance to a beautiful beach. Lidl is very close, open 7 days a week. Nick is also the owner of car rental. Cars are new and the price is very good. We're more than satisfied with our stay in Diamond Apartment and we really hope we will visit it again."

"The apartment is approx. 600 m from probably the most beautiful beach in the Paphos area. It offers a view of the sea. You will appreciate the afternoon shade on the balcony, which comfortably accommodates 4 people + clothes dryer. We were pleasantly surprised by the equipment of the apartment, which is at a high level. The owner is very accommodating and helpful. I recommend using the transfer from the airport for a favorable price. There is a Lidl supermarket near the apartment, which is about 150 m away. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and if we return to the Paphos area in the future, we will definitely choose this accommodation again."

"We consider the lack of restaurants near the beach and especially the missing beach bar as the only discomfort during our stay. But the owner has no influence on these things."
