"Die Lage war sehr gut. Der Minimarkt daneben ist sehr gut sortiert und preislich okay. Bushaltestelle vom Flughafenbus ist fast vor der Haustüre. Altstadt von Larnaca zu Fuß in 20min zu erreichen. Apartment war sauber und Klimaanlagen haben gut funktioniert. Preislich unschlagbar."

"Ausstattung der Küche sehr einfach (nur Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Kaffeekanne (für Zypriotischen Kaffee)). Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist sehr gering. Wenn man den "Durchlauferhitzer" umgeht und die Dusche direkt anschließt ist es zwar kalt, aber vom Druck okay. Für den Preis aber mehr als okay."

"The apartment offers very good value for money — a fair and well-balanced option for its price. Excellent location in the Mackenzie area: just a short walk to the beach and an easy walk to the city center. A very supportive and responsive host, always ready to help with any questions or requests — especially valuable for a longer stay. There is a compact kitchenette suitable for light use rather than full cooking: toaster, kettle, microwave, and fridge. There is no kitchen sink or stove, but this was not an issue for me personally. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the entire stay. The apartment features two balconies — one located off the kitchen area and the other in the bedroom. There is a partial view of the sea over the rooftops. A great café nearby — Valia — offers an affordable way to take away freshly prepared local dishes."

"Soundproofing in the building is limited, with occasional noise from the elevator in the stairwell. The shower does not allow precise temperature adjustment; only two settings are available: non-heated or 40 degrees."

"The apartment was very clean, the host was kind enough to make our beds as we arrived really late at night. The decorations made the apartment look really cozy and nice. There was a small kitchinette, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and air conditioning. The bus station was near the building. The host has allowed us stay more at the accomodation."

"The property is very well equipped and organized. You can find everything you need. There's plenty of details connected with the sea which makes a good atmosphere. The location is quite good - close to the airport and to the beach. The bus stop is exactly at the property, the mini market is 50 meters away. The walk to the palm promenade takes about 25 minutes."
