"The apartment was comfortable and conveniently located – there’s a tram stop very close or one can take a not-too-long walk (partly through a park) to get to the historical old city. Also a tram ride directly from the railway station. The neighbourhood is quiet and the windows face an inner garden/square, so there is no car noise from the street."

"Cheerful lady host Mrs. Michaela . It was pleasure to deal with her. Parking possible anywhere around for free. Good little apartment very close to Bus stop and 15 min work to hypermarkets. Nice hard bed. Plus for coffee machine with some capsules! Clever solution with sink in the toilet. Kettle, tea, coffee, creamer, dishes, cutlery - everything was there. Ideal for self-caterers! Since the house is on a side street, it was extremely quiet. The location is very good:"

"Nice, clean little apartment for our small family. The washing machine was a blessing. The area was quiet at night so no problem with sleeping. Free parking is available on the street close to the apartment. It is a 20 minute walk to the main center, We never needed public transport. A nice park with entertainment on weekends is close by, lots of room for kids to run around there. I would stay there again if in Olomouc."

"Good location near the parks and close to the city centre. The apartment was well equipped including washing machine and we could hang our clothes on the outside balcony. It was very quiet there with the view of the courtyard. All necessary cooking facilities were supplied."

"Some of the dishes and cutlery were dirty - there is a sign saying to leave the kitchen as you found it - seems the cleaning of the cutlery etc doesn’t get checked after each guest. Also would recommend to add a clothes horse to dry clothes indoors."

"Blízkost centra města, klidná lokalita, bezproblémové parkování. Jinak vybavené vším co člověk potřebuje."

"Velice útulný apartmán, světlý, krásná původní špaletová okna směřují do vnitrobloku, takže je zde klid a ticho. Vybaven vším, co je potřeba. Má domácí atmosféru, trochu jako když přijdete na návštěvu k babičce. Byla jsem zde celý týden a bylo to perfektní."

"Vše bylo v pořádku. Možná jen kdyby bylo ubytovaných více lidí, chyběly by úložné prostory na oblečení. Mně to ale takto stačilo."

"Byli jsme ve třech, já a 2 děti 15 a 17 let a všichni jsme byli naprosto spokojeni a vše se nám líbilo, nemáme žádnou výtku. Perfektní spojení kamkoliv po Olomouci, za rohem obchod Penny. Tramvaj taky za rohem, cca 2 minuty od vchodových dveří. Perfektní a rozhodně doporučuji!!!!!!"

"Jediné co jsme si museli pohlídat byl ohřev vody, protože jsme to neznali, ale zvládli jsme to. To ale vlastně není negativní hodnocení ubytování, to je naše "neznalost" 😉"
