"Super sauberes Haus. Sehr viel Platz und ein wunderschöner Garten mit Grill und Teich. Sehr gepflegt. Die Bus- und Bahnverbindung nach Prag Innenstadt war ebenfalls sehr schnell zu erreichen."

"Der außenbereich war abselut ungepflegt, der Rasen viel zu lang die Terasse voll mit unkraut der grill war schmutzig, das außem moebel dreckig, Muell noch vom vormieter und kuehlsachrank versifft. Und nach 2 tagem ist Dann natuerluch auch noch der garagen opener kaputt gegangen, von ersatz natuerlich keine spur, wir waeren gerne nochmal gekommen aber unter diesen vorraussetzungen nehmen wir Davon abspand"

"Das Haus ist groß und warm. Es gab genug Platz für alle. Hochwertige Möbel. Es gibt Garage für 2 Autos, noch ein Auto kann man im Hof parken."

"Der Check-in dauerte 1 Stunde! Die Gastgeberin spricht nur Tschechisch. Es gab große Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten. Es war sehr anstrengend und hinterließ einen schlechten Eindruck . Außerdem gab es im Haus keinen Kaffee. Obwohl es im Haus 2 Kaffeemaschinen gibt. Die Handtücher waren ziemlich alt."

"The vila is located in a quiet village near Prague, there is a garage for parking. There is a lot of space. Fireplace was nice. Wished we did not use it for heating and only for atmosphere."

"There were 4 beds for sleeping, adequate temperature we had only in 2. When we arrived, there were 16 degrees Celsius in the living room (due to a malfunction to the heating system) and managed during the whole stay to rise it to 20 maximum with the fireplace. Generally it was not a comfortable stay due to this given some of us needed to sleep in the living room and we also had kids. The kitchen, hallways and bathroom were always cold. While I understand malfunctions can happen all the time and are temporary it affected our stay and general mood. Did not feel the owner empathised with that as they tried more to rationalise and dismiss rather than take responsibility. They offered a discount of 10% for the next stay for the inconvenience which I refused. I asked for a discount for this stay as I considered fair given we did not have the conditions we paid for (for a 4 stars stay) and I was generally ignored and just given (sometimes even contradictory) arguments."

"We were about to give this villa a 8-10 rating before the incident on the last day. when we first entered the villa, we were given a whole book worth of instructions, where it told us to sort out paper, plastic and glass separately due to recycling. the lady also told us to sort out food wastes into the composter in the backyard. we also paid a deposit of 150eur that was meant to be given back to us after our stay. now i am gonna be honest we didnt uphold the trash sorting entirely, but we tried our best in the end to get it right. that was entirely our fault and is more than fair. what pissed me off was that on the last day when we were checking out, the lady refused to give us our deposit because we supposedly didnt sort out the trash properly. the problem being that we threw aluminum cans into the general waste. she asked us to sort it out by hand, like what? we paid 2000eur for our stay only to be forced to sort out trash by hand to get our deposit back. absolutely humiliating, embarrassing and unacceptable. after we pointed out in the friendliest way possible that we were never told to sort out aluminum and that we are refusing to do it, she started getting defensive, telling us to stop joking with her, saying we never saw recycling for aluminum - which i personally actually havent. after a bit of commotion we decided to finally sort it out, because we werent about to leave the 150eur deposit to them. after that she referred us to where there are trash containers for aluminum. so we went there, but there were none. there was only plastic and paper. now where were we meant to leave that trash since we couldnt take it back to the villa? either way, i do not understand what youre meant to use that trash can for, since you cant put paper, plastic, glass, aluminum, and food wastes into it. What we also didnt appricate was the manager of the house invited themselfs inside without any heads up no warnings."

"The owner of this house couldn’t speak english AT ALL. We only speak russian, english, lithuanian. We tried to communicate to her with translate but she only talked in her own language. It was very difficult to ask anything. However when we texted through booking as we understood we talked with a different lady who can speak english. Well it was a little mess."
