"Tolle Villa am Strand mit freiem Blick auf das Meer. Sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Man bekommt auch zwei Fahrräder und einen Golf Cart (das ist genial um im ganzen Resort herum zu fahren). Die Tischtennis Platte hat uns jeden Tag zu einem Spiel eingeladen. Und besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service und das Personal. Alle unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Embajadores Team unterstützt bei allen Wünschen und man kann sich darauf verlassen, dass alles reibungslos läuft. Fantastisch! Man fühlt sich absolut willkommen und wohl. Das Essen in den verschiedenen Restaurants im Resort ist sehr lecker und man hat eine große Auswahl. Und besonders hervorzuheben ist der VIP Service am Flughafen. Dieser macht die Ein- und Ausreise super einfach und vor allem schnell (vorbei an allen langen Schlangen). Tortuga Bay ist absolut empfehlenswert!"

"An unbelievable hotel, everything is thought of down to the tiniest details. The staff are incredibly kind and nothing is too much, the food is also very good generally. The beach is obviously beautiful and we found our room super comfortable and well appointed."

"A couple of small details that annoyed us given the price - staff who come into your room without knocking being one! Not ok. Also miscommunication between teams, for example we arrived late and told our ambassador we were going to have room service and go to bed. About 2 hours later someone came at 21.30 offering a turn down service and woke me up! Small things, just a bit annoying."

"The hotel has a private beach where you can rest and relax in a quiet and peaceful environment. The beach is impressive, the accommodations spacious and of high quality. Special thanks to the entire Tortuga team, the service is excellent, they do everything to assist you with whatever you need, all cheerful, polite, and helpful. The hotel restaurant is also great, for breakfast and other meals. The golf cart helps a lot in getting around the property. I definitely recommend and will return soon."
