"Das Zimmer mit Jakuzzi war top. Die Rooftop-Bar, auf der das Frühstück serviert wurde, war ebenfalls top. Zum Frühstück konnte man unter 10 verschiedenen Gerichten wählen. Wir haben sie alle probiert und können alle empfehlen. Lediglich der Kaffee und die verschiedenen Säfte, die es dazu gab, wären verbesserungswürdig. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Auch positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass man sein Auto kostenfrei im ca. 500 Meter entfernten Parkhaus CuencaPark abstellen kann."

"Leider war an einem Tag der Aufzug defekt. Die Fenster gehen nach vorne zur Straße raus und dämmen die Geräuschkulisse so gut wie gar nicht. Wirklich Ruhe hat man erst ab ca. 23.00 Uhr bis morgens um 6.00 Uhr."

"Excellent location with an amazing breakfast. We reserved 3 bedrooms and all my family members were happy with their bedrooms. We are very thankful with the personnel as one person got sick during the middle of the night and they helped us finding a pharmacy with delivery to the hotel. That said. It was a good experience specially because of the welcoming and helpful staff."

"The room (double deluxe), facing the main street, was a little noisy, as walls are thin. It can be hard to sleep if the room above yours is noisy. So bring earplugs. I spoke with the staff the day after and they asked us to call reception, if the room above us, makes loud noises outside the allowing time, so they can talk to them. That was a nice service from them. And finally, there is not heat (as in most of hotel in Cuenca) however, based on price-quality, short stay and as it was only for sleeping, it was fine."

"It was very nice to be greeted by Stephen and another young lady. Stephen went above and beyond he really is a true Manager! We loved that we were welcomed the other gentleman walked us to the elevator and explained everything to us. The elevator was pretty cool. We appreciate The light sensors in the hallways. We appreciate the notice in the bathroom walls on how to save water. The whole properties was very clean. The two complementary waters came in handy. The upgrades look great. We love that our room overlook the cathedral. We thought the breakfast included was delicious and the rooftop restaurant was very pretty. The views were just spectacular. When we went for a walk, the staff offered umbrellas that came in handy. Appreciated the 10% off."

"Unfortunately, the room was noisy. You heard the church bells,The traffic and the pedestrians noise. We thought the toilet paper was not of the best quality. We had to ask for 4 extra rolls in total. We wish there were hooks for the towels in the shower area and face tissues. We thought that the restaurant food prices were a bit high in comparison to everything around us."

"The view from the terrace, the location, room was spacious and clean. When the hotel’s reserved taxi did not turn up (national holiday with a lot of traffic the staff went out of their way to find a private hire car to get us to the airport on time at their cost."

"The terrace is great but is open to the public as a restaurant/ bar and has a steady stream of people coming in and out of the hotel all day long. Street side rooms could do with double glazing."

"I love the location of this hotel and how accommodating they are. The view to the cathedral was amazing. We booked two rooms and we were thankful they put us next to each other. The rooms were clean and we had room service every day. Beds were 10/10 comfortable. The restaurant in the roof top 10/10. There are some reviews about the noise coming from the city and church bells but in all honesty that was not a problem for us. We used white noise every night from our phones and with that, our stay was perfection!"
