"Great location - walking distance to metro, buses and restaurants. Located within the same building as the school - it felt safe. Room was simple and clean, great pressure shower and hot water, use of kitchen was very convenient - could make quick meals. Outdoor terrace area and large lounge area available - spacious and comfortable. Fast Wi-Fi speeds - smooth video calls. The best part of the stay were the kind, hospitable, attentive and responsive hosts. A desk was made available for me upon request - Thank you Jose!. I will happily stay here again when I return to Quito!"

"I want to be fair: the woman from the laundromat was extremely kind and helpful, and check-out was straightforward. But overall, this property is drastically overpriced for what it is. If the listing had accurately reflected the reality—both in images and description—the price should have been half. Guests deserve transparency, and unfortunately, this property did not deliver on that front. If they let the images I took post to the site, you will see what I mean about what I did not like."
