"The fact that it was in Giza! You get the local feel but the hotel is modern and very well resourced. Great view from the pool deck. Helpful staff. Take the hotel taxi, friendly drivers if not you have to deal with the taxis outside the hotel. This is not always easy. The hotel drivers speak English."

We travel a lot and we never found someone as dedicated. Always with a smile and genuine caring about the customer experience. Mahmoud we will miss you!!"

"Professional and very kind-hearted staff that were available 24/7. The pool was clean and beautiful and well heated. The restaurants were great and the cuisine was extraordinary! Some of the best dishes were at Nefertari Restaurant (the fillet and the veal were delicious!!) Highly recommend!🙂 We would definitely return!"

"Lets start with the fact that every person working there likes to welcome you with a smile and you can see that they really do their best to make sure you enjoy every second in the Barcelo Hotel. Big shout out to Iman that provided me a room upgrade ( free of charge) and also because during my staying it happened to be my birthday and she, together with her colleagues, made sure to mark the moment with an amazing cake! Very lovely gesture! Overall, hotel is very clean, room that I got was really nice and spacious. Variety of restaurants in the hotel and a swimming pool area thats also very clean and which I have enjoyed a lot! Wellness area available, open for the entire day - definitely a must! Thanks Barcelo Hotel and the entire staff!"
