"Der Anbieter vermietet mehrere Wohnungen. Unsere (Bajo A im Erdgeschoss) roch extrem unangenehm nach Gully und war so dunkel, dass man auch tagsüber das Licht anmachen musste. Geschmack- und lieblos eingerichtet in grau, schwarz und weiß. Abgenutzt und schmuddelig. Die bei den Ausstattungsmerkmalen angegebene Spülmaschine gab es nicht. Man hatte Zugang zu dem zum Haus gehörenden Parkplatz; es war dort aber nie ein Parkplatz frei (es gab allerdings es in unmittelbarer Nähe kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze). Weit von den Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt, trostloses Viertel."

"Everything was great - Apartment is nice and clean, quiet, and heating worked well in all rooms (we went in winter). Shower was excellent. The bus stop is just 2 mins walk, and there is a convenience store just outside, so that was very good."

"We originally booked a larger apartment which had more bathrooms as we were a party of 2 couples and wanted a bathroom for each couple. We would have been happy to pay extra for this but the booking was changed and I wasn’t aware of the change."

"A good value modern apartment which mainly met our needs. Our stay had three issues. 1. When we arrived late at night the apartment had not been cleaned from previous occupants with dirty sheets and towels on beds. After some communication challenges we were driven to a temporary accommodation for the first night ready to start the stay the following afternoon after the apartment had been cleaned. 2. A leaking kettle took 3 days to exchange. 3. The apartment is on the ground floor and has iron security bars on doors and windows. It occurred to us that in the event of a fire it would be impossible to escape without keys to the apartment doors and another for the front door. There were no fire escape signs . This is a potential fire safety issue especially as gas canisters were stored in a the apartment ."

"It was overall a good stay, the apartment was very clean and as advertised, the kitchen had all the facilities, the rooms and the beds were comfortable."

"We booked the apartment for 3 days and on the 1st day there was a lady knocking on the door saying that we had to leave by 11am. It was obviously a mistake. The neighbourhood was not very safe. We booked this flat because it mentioned it had parking, however the parking system was bizarre, at night the cars were parked in a way that was blocking other cars, which made us feel very uncomfortable, for sure there is an agreement between neighbours, but as visitors we do not know, and we were afraid of blocking someone who would have to leave early in the morning. You should mention in your advertisement that the parking is on a 1st come 1st served basis, so we had to park outside for two nights. Also"
