"Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mitten im Herzen von Rouen mit typischen Altbau-Charme. Die Lage ist perfekt, z.B. ist die Kathedrale in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Anmerkung: Die sehr bequemen Betten sind ab einer Größe von 185 cm wegen der Kopf- und Fußteilw etwas beengend. Anmerkung: Die Wohnung ist nicht direkt mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Mit Glück ist einer von vier Parkplätzen 30 Meter um die Ecke zum Be- und Endladen frei."

"Great location, stylish property, great furniture and facilities, cozy decoration. Irregular shaped rooms, inner yard windows. A wooden old-style but sturdy high chair works for a toddler. Cool bespoke kitchen. Warm shower. Spacious hall."

"- The master bedroom bed is short. Technically the bed is ~190cm long, but (1) it has not only a head board but also a restraining board at the feet, and (2) square pillows (which aesthetically match the old-school interior design) effectively make the bed shorter. As a result, a couple of average height at best (175cm and 168cm) we both had to lie slightly diagonally to be able to stretch. - The area was noisy Friday and Saturday nights due to popular venues around. It didn't affect our sleep but might affect yours if you're a fairly light sleeper. - The info about coming by car was somewhat inaccurate, incomplete and late, you'll probably need to research yourself: 1) The streets around are pedestrian-only, there are bollards protecting entries and exits. The info text said we could drive in to load/unload between 7am and 11am, but nothing about how to gain entry. The nearest restriction-free stopping place is circa 100m away. 2) You need a special eco sticker to drive in Rouen. It's easy to get if ordered weeks in advance, but it would be a bit trickier to lawfully drive there if you arrange it late. It was mentioned in the info text, but when I received it it was already a bit late. 3) Some "free" parkings mentioned are only free with a public transport ticket. These points are to caution future visitors, I still recommend this appartment to stay, I don't regret staying there and I am grateful to the hosts."

"We stayed at this apartment for 4 weeks. It has an central location 3-4 minutes from The Notre Dame Cathedral. The city is very compact and pedestrian friendly. Wonderful owners who were more than happy to help us with a few queries - rubbish disposal, recycling etc. we would return in a heartbeat if we didn’t live on the other side of the world"
