"Very convenient location, good price, nice space. The flat was well clean and tidy when we arrived. The sofa bed is comfortable as an extra mattress was provided. It was perfect for me and two friends sharing the flat for one night while visiting Paris on the weekend."

"Very good location. Within 15 minutes drive to any of the main site seeing in Paris which cost around 13-15 euro per ride. Plenty of take away options nearby, 2 supermarkets within 500 metres. Beds very comfortable, there is a spare mattress which could be used for sofa bed."

"No view as its a very enclosed building. No air conditioner in the apartment which made it very hot during the day and the night. There was only a small fan which did not really help. A more proper option should be available."

"This apartment was a great find for my need, coming to work in the city for a couple of nights. It was well decorated, cute and had everything you may need. The host was responsive and quick and the neighbourhood really great. I would recommend it for a single person or a couple."

"The apartment is fairly compact and is reached by a steep stairwell, like many apartments in Paris. It was extremely clean and ideal for one person or a young couple. The decor is modern with some nice touches like the round vintage dining table. The neighbourhood is lively - maybe a bit too lively if you're searching for calm - with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants. It was five minutes' walk from the metro which was perfect on a rainy March day."

"The electric heaters took a while to warm up, but got going in the end. In the kitchen, a lamp fitting dangled within range of an overhead cupboard door and I hit the thing every damn time I took out a plate. But these are minor gripes about an otherwise pleasant stay."
