"Die Reaktion des Hausverwalters auf den Ausfall des W-LAN und des Türcodes an einem Samstagvormittag. Er hat umgehend auf meinen Anruf reagiert und die Türe sowie das W-LAN wieder freigeschaltet. Danach rief er mich an und nannte als Grund einen kurzfristigen Spannungsabfall im Stromnetz. Das Beste an der Wohnung ist die sehr zentrale Lage zwischen Madelaine und Place de la Concorde. Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig und gepflegt."

"Die Wohnung ist leider etwas dunkel, d.h. nur das kombinierte Wohn-/Schlafzimmer sowie die Küche haben Tageslicht. Bad und Toilette haben kein Fenster. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Alle Räume sind etwas klein. Im TV sind keine deutschsprachigen Sender freigeschaltet."

"Locality was excellent. 1 minute walk to Metro and all the sights were within a short walking distance. Supermarket just 5 minute walk."

Excellent location to access all the sights, restaurants, cafes, shops etc. Ubers also arrive very quickly to this location if you want to travel further afield and of course the metro is nearby too."

"The lengthy morning noise of bins being taken to and fro across the courtyard below. No problem if you’re early risers but, we’d had a big night out on one of our nights there and it disturbed our sleep. Ear plugs would have solved the problem and I should add that the amazing location of the apartment far outweighs any noise disturbances."

"The location was great! It so central and slowed us to walk around the city and explore when visiting the Arc De Triomphe and the Louvre. Highly recommend and would stay there again next time we are in Paris!!"

"Position good. Although apartment was small, it has everything you need - small kitchenette, comfortable shower and bed. We wanted to drop bags prior to check in time but found ourselves in front of locked apartment with no onsite staff. However our message about our dilemma received an immediate response from the online reception. We were lucky that the very friendly cleaning staff arrived and allowed us to leave bags at the apartment."

"Could 'feel' the vibration from underground trains in apartment. Trains operate until early morning hours so this may pose problem for light sleepers. It is very helpful that booking system provides numbers of reputable companies to store luggage, but be aware that the facilities are not super close to the apartment."

"It was really close to Concorde station, it was on the ground floor which is really good if you have luggage. And the facilities were great - you get your own kitchen."

"The amount of renovations that were happening. I was told beforehand they were happening, but it wasn’t clear where, so didn’t realise that it was occurring right in front of our door to our room. Especially because of those circumstances and the fact we weren’t informed until a couple months beforehand, we weren’t even offered a discount for the inconvenience."

"The washroom separated from sink and shower room. It is wired to go to another room to clean your hands afterwards"
