"Unser Cottage war nagelneu und top ausgestattet. Die Lage an der Route des Huîtres war perfekt. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt spontan verlängert."

"Leider war es nach der Buchung über Booking.com und beim Check out etwas holprig. Die Unterkunft erwähnt in ihren Buchungsrichtlinien auf Booking.com nicht, dass sie eine Kaution in Höhe von 320 Euro verlangen. Grundsätzlich habe ich nichts gegen eine Kaution, aber ich hätte es gerne bei der Buchung gewusst. Man wollte nach Erhalt der Buchungsbestätigung von Booking.com meine E-Mailadresse, um mir eine E-Mail mit Link für die Zahlung zu senden. Da es mir zu unsicher war, auf einen Link hin Geld zu überweisen, einigten wir uns auf Zahlung vor Ort. Wir haben das Cottage mit Endreinigung gebucht, trotzdem wollte man uns dann beim Check out die Kaution nicht sofort erstatten, sondern erst später und ohne Abnahme. Wir mussten dann auf eine sofortige Abnahme bestehen und haben danach die Kaution problemlos erstattet bekommen. Diese beiden Diskussionen beim Check in und beim Check out waren unnötig und haben die Bewertung etwas getrübt. Es scheint aber mit der Kaution kein Einzelfall gewesen zu sein. Wir haben Bewertungen aus Kanada und U. K. gelesen, die die gleichen Erfahrungen gemacht haben. Liebe Unterkunft, werdet bitte bezüglich der Kaution etwas professioneller und transparenter! Es ist schade, euch nicht die volle Punktzahl geben zu können, die ihr ansonsten erhalten hättet."

"Ein schöner, ruhiger Campingplatz mit ganz neuen xxl mobil Häusern. Von hier aus kann man die Insel gut erkunden. Parkplatz direkt neben dem mobil Haus. Pool war immer sauber. Der Hausmeister war sehr nett. Baden sollte man lieber auf der anderen Seite der Insel. Wir haben uns hier eine Woche lang sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Relaxed fairly informal site, very tidy, lots of tree's and shrubbery great for.privacy and shade, an excellent chalet we felt was brand new and an excellent large veranda and a car parking space. Chalet had a microvae oven and a coffee filter machine as well as a gas hob and for France a kettle!!!! Fantastic!! Lovely location great facilities without being a chaotic noisy manic mega site. Dog friendly we were able to bring our mini daschund along which was great. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Staff were reluctant to pay our deposit back on checkout telling us they would check later that day or tomorrow then remburse our deposit if no issue (clearly site policy and not staff fault). I insisted I was not happy about that and requested a face to face check of chalet there and then and a rembursement of our deposit if all good. I explained if there was an issue I wished to discuss that now with staff face to face not on the telephone when I am back in the UK. Eventually one of the three staff present caved in and agreed, check undertaken deposit paid back on the spot. DONT hold.on to peoples deposit I paid you promptly on arrival and in fact on reflection before you gave me an opportunity to check the chalet with a staff member and no contents list. This leaves customers wide open to possible abuse and is lazy practice."

"The facilities were great, the cabin was nice and had everything that you need. The cabin was of a very good standard. The pool was clean and well Maintained. The staff were really Accommodating and friendly."
