"a beautifully decorated hotel, well lit rooms, beautiful windows, every detail throughout the hotel looks thought out, matches and works together. The bathroom is stunning, we were kindly upgraded to a room with bath tub, happy we were able to experience this. the hospitality and positive attitude of the staff is outstanding, they were so attentive and tried to never say no, you could tell the kindness was genuine and feel the warm energy!"

"the room we were upgraded to had a damaged sink and one bathroom light kept flickering, although this did not affect my experience, it may need to be brought to the staff’s attention"

"Lovely room, super comfy beds, lovely staff and great service. A beautiful and delicious breakfast."

"It’s very central which is great but quite noisy in the morning."

"The heating system was not easy to manage."

"Super chic! Super clean! Super comfy bed and beddings!"

"Bar needs to have curtains to separate it from the other space. This will make it much more intimate and appealing. No gym."

"The rooms are lovely. The sauna and pool are incredible."

"Breakfast a touch pricey."
