"10 Gehminuten von der Ubahn entfernt, Einkafsmöglichkeit ca. 5 Minuten. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht - Kühschrank, Mikrowelle, Kocher und Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt, die Gegend ist leise und ruhig (für eine Großstadt). Die Kaution haben wir am Tag der Abreise zurückbekommen."

"The studio was perfect for our short trip. Communication with the host was quick, location was good with everything you need close by (supermarkets, bistros, metro stations). Area is quiet, no noise from the street."

"I already stayed 2 nights in other hotel prior to taking this. This place makes me feel like home. My wife and I finally got a very good rest after 2 days. Jerome is very accommodating and easy to deal with. The information he shared is very valuable such as the where we can find Grocery, Bakery etc. 10/10 !"

"This was a really great stay. The communication with Jerome was very clear. I was aware of the requirement for a deposit in advance which was fine, and I was reimbursed on leaving. The place has everything you would want for a short stay, it's small-ish but a really pleasant space, warm, clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable. The local supermarket is very well stocked. It might be a little far out of town for someone who wanted to stay in the tourist centre, but I really appreciated the quietness of the area. It's 5 or 10 mins walk to the metro station and from there you can get right to the centre of the city in 20 mins or so, with very frequent trains. It is very good value. I'd certainly stay here again."

"The room was so good. There are some restaurants surrounding the apartment. Good environment and the room contain of the kitchen, it’s so convenient for us to make a mid night food."

"The apartment is really cozy, small but with everything that is essential to live there. I didn't come across any neighbors, but I didn't hear any noise either. The location is excellent. There are some places nearby where you can eat really well. Very close to the metro and bus. It's easy to get to the center of Paris. The owner of the apartment is friendly and helpful."
"The only reason I don't give it all the stars is because the day I arrived the toilet was completely blocked. And the problem was only resolved on the last night of my stay. I think it was an important thing and a priority to solve. However, I understand that these type of things happen with no warning! My stay was still very good. Would stay that again."
