"Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll & schön eingerichtet und die Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr gut, man vermisst nichts. Alles war sehr sauber an dem Appartement ansich gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Man ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand, bei den Geschäften, sowie bei den Restaurants."

"Der Nachteil der zentralen Lage ist leider die Lautstärke, nachts konnte man erst ab ca. 3 Uhr die Fenster, welche zum Glück gut isolieren, öffnen. Das die Wohnung im 4. Stock liegt ist zumindest bei Gepäck bzw Wasser tragen etwas anstrengend."

"This apartment is in a fantastic location in the heart of Intra-Muros, with a carrefour city about a minute walk away! (Plus a minute or two to climb the stairs 😅). The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the week! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would 100% book again! Irène is a brilliant host and has loads of recommendations of local places, as well as restaurants and locations to visit in neighbouring towns. I’m not sure if it’s stated on the listing but there’s an extra cost for linens, I bought my own which was no problem for me! Overall a 10/10 trip :)"

"The glass panel of the shower doesn’t come out far enough so the water goes all over the floor, wasn’t something I personally minded though, more of a concern for the wall! And the lighting in the stairway was quite dim around the bends and my grandma found it quite hard to see the edge of the stairs going up and down."

"The property is an apartment so self service. It is a peaceful location and in a very good position to explore the area; as it is right in the centre of the walled town of St Malo. This is a lovely town with loads to do and it's also easy to reach plenty of other interesting towns, It is an ideal stay for a couple or single person with reasonably good fitness. If you like walking, history, food & drink, beaches or shopping it's all good. The flat is fully equipped with the basics and met all our wants, We found the bed comfortable and liked the layout of the flat. Loved the feel and style of the place and especially the partially glassed internal doors. Good shower too. Kitchen and bathroom very clean. Didn't meet Irene but she was very helpful with regards to our request to check in early."

"The property is in an old building and as mentioned the stair climb to the 4th floor is a little brutal but we were well warned so no points lost on that. Same goes for noise from bars downstairs. I did find it stressful having to message on the morning of arrival to get the key-box details would have felt more secure if I'd had that info before departing home. The property was clean enough but the bedroom floor could have done with a bit more attention, although I understand a place so near to so many beaches is likely to have sandy floors! Furniture wise the place could do with an extra small armchair in the sitting area and a proper wardrobe or shelves in the bedroom would be great as there was no-where to hang properly or store clothing."

"The spaciousness of this apartment and the way it was decorated allowed you to come back after a huge day of exploring and relax... I loved having a coffee and leaning out the window seeing the ocean over the old fort wall X the bed was super comfy and heaps of room for our luggage. The location is perfect!!! No matter if you are there for one night or a week like us, it was easy access in and out of old town and the best restaurants, cafes and shopping around you. Irene the host was super responsive and clear with directions and provided a lot of recommendations for places around you! We will be back! 10/10!"
