"What stands out here is the facilities of the house - great terrace, big common kitchen and common spaces, it has everything one needs and more, and it is very well decorated. The bathroom on our floor was very clean. We didn't have direct contact with owners but everything went smoothly with the instructions. Arrived late for an overnight stay so didn't get a chance to look at the area, quite unfortunately"

"We spent one night at Douai House, and it was perfect! The center of Douai is just few minutes away on foot. The apartment is spacious and comfortable for a family of four, and the kitchen is well equipped for a short stay. We were on a stopover in the city, so to have access codes to get inside the building and apartment was very pratical."

"We liked a lot the atmosphere of the house. The nice, big and fully equiped kitchen. The simplicity and quietness of the room. And the situation of the house close to the center."

"The madrasses were a bit too soft."
