"Lovely, quiet place to stay. Staff are nice and friendly - happy to help with any queries. Breakfast provided was all standard morning products (baguette, eggs, fillings, yogurts, fruit, etc.) which was good. The room was clean from the beginning, with the staff checking in and sprucing it up throughout our stay. Really enjoyed our stay, can’t complain and defenitley recommend for anyone staying in Lourdes, especially for a city break."

"A kettle in the room, for guests who would wish for a warm beverage other than breakfast hours."

"We were allowed to have an early checkin, the staffs are friendly. The location is top, near the Sanctuary and still in the city center."

"The Wifi connection is very poor. The 2 pillows are small and not that so comfortable"

"Lovely location near to grotto. Staff are friendly and helpful."
