"Super Lage, Supermarkt, mehrerer Bäcker und Fleischer vor der Haustür. Und vor allem der tägliche Markt mit allem was man braucht. Hafen, Restaurants schnell erreichbar (vor allem die Markthalle mit super Feinkost zum schlemmen). Wohnung gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Nette Vermieterin. Wir kommen wieder."

"Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Lage ist ein Traum. Ich war nur leider für eine Nacht dort und ich war froh, dass ich meine Hunde draussen im Rasen rennen lassen konnte. Gerne wieder dann aber wenn es wärmer ist und man den See geniessen kann,"

"The apartment was great for the price. While it was on the small side it was extremely comfortable and cosy and the view of the mountains out of the windows was exceptional. It was also very convenient to get on the slopes. Gated parking was very useful although it would get quite crowded during the busy times."

"Super Lage im Vieux Port, das Parkhaus ist nur 50 Meter entfernt und kostete 20€ für eine Nacht. Für eine Großstadt ist das ok. 3. Etage ohne Fahrstuhl ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Einfach eingerichtete Küche mit großem Balkon, großer Kühlschrank, Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. WiFi OK. Schöne Dusche, andere haben aber mittlerweile eine Regendusche! Viele Restaurants im Umkreis. Alles war fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten 32°C und die Fenster offen, die Stadtreinigung morgens um 7.00Uhr ersparte den Wecker (siehe Fotos), dafür konnte man die Mitarbeiter im Rathaus beim Arbeiten beobachten."

"Very nice apartment in the very center of Nice. Close to everything you need and in. 5 min walk from Massena square and the old city and 10 minutes from the beach. 5 min walk to the Nice Ville train station. The internet works very good and the apartment is equipped with almost everything you need. I stayed there for 10 nights end I absolutely recommend"

"The house was lovely - spacious and well-equipped. The owner has done an amazing development job. He is very talented in creating artistic and functional objects in various metals, and has his own shop in the village. The pool was a great feature of the property as the weather was scorching, plus it helped to amuse the 6yr old, and to relax the adults. The 4 beds were very comfortable. There were several locations where one could sit and eat/drink - both inside and outside. The owner completed fitting a large jacuzzi. The forest behind the house provided wonderful opportunities for walks, and the village was only a 10 min drive to the Boulangerie/Patisserie, the Intermarche, ATMs and cafes. The city of Nevers was only about 20 mins away."
