"Die liebevolle Gastgeberin Florence ist sehr gastfreundlich und heißt uns herzlich in ihrem gemütlichen und authentischen Steinhaus willkommen. Als wir in ihrem Haus und dem kleinen Innenhof mit viel sattem Grün ankamen, haben wir uns sofort in sie verliebt. Sie hat uns viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. "Fabulous location with beautifully furnished large rooms. Very comfortable beds and good showers. Florence was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area which was very helpful. Great restaurant 100m from the accommodation and another two in the new town about 2km away."
"We were not aware that our bathroom was across the corridor (it was a private bathroom), however other guests have to walk past our bathroom to get to their room and to get to the lounge area. It wasn’t ideal having this set up, especially at night. Dressing gowns & slippers were supplied."

"Fabulous location and perfect accommodation for our 5 nights stay. The host is so welcoming and provides very helpful local knowledge. Very quiet, clean and comfortable room. We will definitely return if in the region again. We enjoyed the courtyard and plunge pool after a day exploring the region. The breakfast was exceptional with fresh fruit, fresh juice and home made jams. Truly amazing."

"A brilliant hotel in central Maubeuge. A 5 minutes walk from the train station, with free parking for hotel guests. The rooms are nice with very comfortable beds. Great showers in the bathrooms, really nice. The windows offer nice views over the town and the choice to upgrade rooms is brilliant. Very polite and friendly staff, helpful and nice. I did not try the restaurant below the hotel, but it looks fantastic and was busy with local people eating there every night, so definitely going to try that next time."

Wir waren auf einer längeren Reise unterwegs und fanden alles vor, um unsere Wäsche zu waschen und zu trocknen - das war uns (auch) wichtig. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
