"The hosts were kind and welcoming, inviting us to share their home, which was near to the centre of the town yet in a peaceful location. The room was very clean & comfortable & had everything we needed, including a lovely hot shower. We had a great sleep & friendly breakfast next morning & cuddle with the lovely little dog. We look forward to seeing you again. Thanks"

"Great hosts who speak both French and English. The room is warm, comfortable and very clean, as is the bathroom. The staircase leading to the bedroom is manageable (my mum is 82, and still climbed it without problem). A very touching gesture from our hosts was the lending of a book to my mum containing photos of people in St Nicolas, as my mum's family is from the town. As it so happens we found it at the school museum in Bothoa. Genuinely warm hosts. Would highly recommend."
"The drive could be difficult to manage for inexperienced drivers, but if that's the case you can park on the street and walk up the drive."
"Exceptionally friendly and attentive hosts for which nothing was too much trouble. No wonder they are rated so highly on here! Beautifully prepared food and plenty of it for a calorie compromised cyclist. Extremely clean, excellent facilities with a particularly comfy bed. And, incredible value for money! Chapeau!"

"Dermot and Stacey are a real team and consummate hosts. Her cooking is delicious each and every day with a widely varied menu. They work so hard the whole day, but manage to stay in wonderful humor and greet each guest warmly like an old friend. They are more than willing to go the extra mile - way farther! We were so lucky to find them and La Maison Celtique. It is the best place to stay in Brittany with easy access to new highways and interesting villages, cities, and sites."
