"Vor allem die tolle Lage in der Altstadt von Arras ist top, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen, die gute Ausstattung, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit Art-Deco-Anklängen, bequeme Betten und schnelles WLan, ausliegende Broschüren mit Informationen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in Arras und Umgebung"
"Nicht gut gefallen hat uns, dass es noch sehr stark nach Zigarettenrauch und Lufterfrischer roch, als wir ankamen und dass man das hoch angebrachte Fenster im Bad nicht öffnen konnte. Da gerade die Straße und der Platz gegenüber saniert werden, gab es Probleme bei der Suche nach einem Parkplatz und morgens ging der Presslufthammer los. Der Störfaktor Straße ist aber ja nur temporär."

"Everything was great. The communications with the host were outstanding. Finding the property and parking outside was easy. The use of a key lockbox worked exactly how it should, and makes it really easy if you can't guarantee your arrival time, or you flex your plans at the last minute (as we did!).The only thing that anyone may have a small problem with are the stairs, which are a little bit steeper than I'd like. But, that's perfectly normal in a property of this type. Otherwise, everything was perfect 10/10! Highly recommended."

"Great location. Not far from motorway. We used as stopover on way to Alps. Would have been nice to have longer there. Quiet residential street. Parked on street right outside property (free). Short walk to town centre. Great market in town square on Saturday morning. Fabulous owners with quick communication. I couldn't find the wine bottle opener so emailed and they replied within minutes to tell me where I could find it!!! The house was well equipped. There was washing up liquid, toiletries etc. Beautifully decorated inside. We had pizza delivered from a nearby pizza place Dinella, which was really tasty."
